Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan announced an open auction for the sale of state property:

April 10, 2015 - an open auction to increase the value, with public submission of price offers for the implementation of 27 units of vehicles (LADA 21074, 21154 VAZ, GAZ-3102);

April 17, 2015 - an open auction to increase the value, with public submission of price offers for the implementation of complex property with land plots with an initial value of 32.5 million rubles, located in the Ribno-Slobodsky municipal district, Shumbut village.

       Pursuant to the request of Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan State institution "Republican Property Treasury" was carried out verification of state property - non-residential premises ground floor, a total area of ​​1049.3 square meters, located in a building at the address: Kazan city,  Novo-Azinskaya, str. 2, which is in the gratuitous use of State institution "Republican Property Treasury." Because of physical deterioration of pipes in that building Management Company "Service-Garant" underwent extensive renovations on the replacement of heating and sanitation andlso carried out the color of the façade. The general contractor of repair works was  "SpetsTeploKomplekt."

       In the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting chaired by the Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov to review the procedures and conditions for the placement of objects, types of which are established by the Government of the Russian Federation, on the land or land plots,  owned by the state and municipal property, without the provision of land and easement.

       On March 1, 2015 came into force Chapter 6 «Land use and land owned by the state and municipal property, without the provision of land and easement" of the Land Code of the Russian Federation. Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 3.12.2014 № 1300 approved a list of types of structures which can be carried out on the land or land owned by the state and municipal property without providing land and easement. This underground line construction, power line voltage class of 35 kV and oil pipelines of DN 300 or less, gas pipelines and other pipelines pressure up to 1.2 MPa, lines and communications facilities, etc., to accommodate that do not require a building permit. According to Article 39.36 of the LC RF procedure and conditions for the placement of these objects are established normative legal act of the Russian Federation.

27 units of vehicles are prepared on the auction

 Survey by potential participants of auction of the state cars offered for sale began on a platform of State Budgetary Institution "Management of material provision". 27  units of vehicles of the brands LADA 21074, VAZ 21154, GAZ-3102 which are in safe custody in the territory of the organization were prepared by the transportation department of SBI "MMP"on the auction.

The federal law provides prolongation of the term of free privatization of premises of the state and municipal housing stock till 1st of March,2016.

Free privatization of housing began in 1992, since then terms of this program were twice prolonged: at first till 1st of March, 2010, and then till 1st of March,2013 and till 1st of March,2015.

26.02.2015 held a meeting of the new Board of Directors of joint stock company "Agriculture Park" Kazan ". The First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergei Demidov was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors. The composition of the Board of Directors includes an updated independent directors - Ilsur Safiullin (CEO "National Trademarks") and Kamiyar Baitemirov (Chairman of the Association of Farmers and peasant farmsteads of the Republic of Tatarstan).

Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation."

       Federal law extended the term of state registration of rights to objects of individual housing construction in a simplified manner until March 1, 2018. Permission to enter this facility into operation is not requested, and documents of title to the land is the only basis for state registration of the respective object of individual housing construction.

Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan adopted a resolution on withdrawal of the land area of ​​19.5 hectares, located in Laishevsky municipal district for the construction and reconstruction of the road "Sorochyi Gory - Shali."

Currently measures  to determine the redemption price, the land owner notification and registration of encumbrances on the land are being taken by Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan. In case of disagreement with the land market value, the owner - Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan will be sued in court for compulsory seizure of land.

Today at the regular meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan were presented proposals in the Work Plan for 2015.

Taking into account changes in legislation, in particular, the tax system, the need to consider the social impact of management decisions in the area of ​​property relations, invited to finalize and adopt, within two weeks working document of the Council, taking as a basis the existing base.

Were also approved proposals of Rashid Abashev - Chairman of the Board and member of the Board Sabirhan Muharlyamov about the meetings of the Council, in consultation with the authorities of municipalities, to ensure the efficiency of state property management and quality of public services.

The seminar was held a videoconference with representatives of public councils under the public authorities and public councils of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, non-profit organizations, public authorities, as well as national, city and regional media.
