       26.02.2015 regular qualification exams were held to certify cadaster engineers in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       From 18 allowed 16 of applicants came  to pass the qualificational examination. 7 applicants passed exams successfully and they are going to be granted with qualification Certificate of cadaster engineer.

       Visit of information consulting group to the Muslyumovskiy municipal district for carrying out receptions on rendering a free legal aid to rural people       within implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of 22.03.2010 No. UP-156 "About measures for development of system of rendering a legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 73-ZRT of 02.11.2012 "About rendering a free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan" took place on 19th of February , 2015.

In the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, February 25, 2015 discussed the proposals of the business community in the annual report of the Commissioner of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs on the improvement of the legal status of business entities. Non-commercial partnership "Union of Appraisers Republic of Tatarstan" have been represented by Andrey Lisichkin Dmitry Zahmatov and Oleg Bulgakov.

In a joint work on the preparation of the draft report representatives analyzed the interaction of entrepreneurs, community assessment and specialized authorities, prepared proposals for the improvement of public-private partnerships in the area of property relations, based on the existing good practices and proposals of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       In order to ensure the maintenance of state property and according to schedule employee State institution  "Republican Property Treasury" carried out site visits are managed by the institution to identify accumulations of snow and ice masses on the roof of buildings.

       Today, February 20, the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergei Demidov was made a speech on the meeting of the interdepartmental working group which was held in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan,   chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Chief of Staff of the Cabinet Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Shamil Gafarov, about promotion of using of motor fuel owned by Republic of Tatarstan.

       The meeting on a question of providing assistance at implementation of the investment project "Reconstruction of the Gas Pipeline of Minnibayevo — Kazan on a site of 220-285 Km" regarding registration of the land plots in the Zelenodolsky, Vysokogorsky, Pestrechinsky and Laishevsky districts under the chairmanship of the deputy minister Rustem Shameev took place on 20th of February, 2015  in the Ministry of the land and property  of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       In the absence of the need to maintain state unitary enterprise "Directorate of targeted programs of the Ministry of Civil Defence and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan", state-owned by the Repubic of  Tatarstan  19.02.2015 in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting, chaired by the Deputy Minister Farid Mussin.

       The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Civil Defence and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives was considered liquidation of state unitary enterprise "Directorate of targeted programs of the Ministry of Civil Defence and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

The meeting chaired by the First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov about transfer of plot of land adjacent to the building of Kazan Federal University, which is located on Karl Marks str. to accommodate the vivarium of the Institute of Basic Medicine and Biology held in Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

There is a need of two plots of land to accommodate the vivarium of the Institute of Basic Medicine and Biology: a part of land plot (189,36 sq.m.) which use permamently by Kazan State Medical University, and part of land plot (244,15 sq.m.) – property of joint stock company “Ak Bars Osnova”.

The state budgetary institution "Management of material providing" carries out the work on an expense optimization on vehicles running costs serving the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In pursuant of the regulation of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan employee of State institution "Republican Property Treasury complete the submission to the Federal state registration, inventory and cartography department In Republic of Tatarstan of 13 agreements according to which the ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan pass 16 gas supply facilities, located in Laishevsky district.
