11.02.2015 the meeting about the implementation of land with total area of 300 hectares in the Alkeyevsky District as part of the investment project for the construction of a brick factory in municipal district held in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan. chaired by the Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov.

In pursuant of the regulation of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan State institution “Republican Property Treasury” was carried out verification of using of state property: non-residential premises on the 1st floor, 9-storey dormitory building a total area of 169.5 square meters, located on the Korolenko st., 52A, Kazan. Property is in the gratuitous using of the “Elekon” factory.

The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues work on carrying out monitoring of key transactions on management of municipal property and land plots according to Agreements with municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

For January, 2015 the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan considered 73 addresses from 18 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan about 119 transactions, 36 transactions from them are agreed. According to 83 transactions remarks are given, documents are sent to completion.

       The deputy of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of Russia of the sixth session V. M. Markhayev submitted the project of the federal law No. 713479-6 "About modification of the Federal law "About initiation of the Housing code of the Russian Federation" for consideration of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

       The project offers to make changes to article 2 of the Federal law of December 29, 2004 No. 189-FZ "About initiation of the Housing code of the Russian Federation", having added it to third part of the following contents:

"3. Provisions of the acts specified in the second part of this article are applied after March 1, 2015 to citizens:

a) recognized by court having the right for acquisition in property free of charge by regulation of  privatization of premises or which otherwise acquired such right after March 1, 2015;

b) to which till March 1, 2015 the premises occupied by them in the state or municipal housing stock weren't provided in property or to which till March 1, 2015 difficulties were created for contract conclusion of the premises transfer in their property.

Business meeting concerning attraction in economy of the Republic of Tatarstan of Islamic financial institutions with delegation from Malaysia under the chairmanship of the deputy minister Rustem Shameev took place in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan yesterday. The delegation consisted of representatives of the MATRADE state corporation, division of the Central Bank of Malaysia on development of Islamic finance of IBFIM and Unirazak leading university. Experts of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan and representatives of Agency of investment development of the Republic of Tatarstan also took part in the meeting.

       On February 8, 2015  the mass ski competitions "Ski Track of Russia — 2015" are held in all cities and areas of the Republic of Tatarstan.  The staff of the Ministry of  land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan also took active part in these competitions. This year mass ski starts are dated for anniversary of start of the winter Olympic Games in Sochi.

       09.02.2015  the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax incomes for 1 months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev, Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT.
       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry for above mentioned period 92 mln. rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of state property and lands. Thus, for 1 months the budget task is accomplished to 41,13%. 
        

Work on taking 10 vehicles for safekeeping has begun by Transport department of state institution «Management of financial provision».

Today, February 6, 2015, held a meeting of the working group under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov about the question of transfer of land plots to category of land use for the construction.

The meeting considered land management file of transfer of agricultural land, privately owned by company "Transit City", with a total area of ​​about 2 hectares, to category of land use “the land of industry and other special purposes” to accommodate refueling complex in Vysokogorsky municipal district, along the public road regional significance "Kazan-Malmyzh" at km 38 + 900 (left), within the boundaries of rural settlement Chepchugovskoe.

       As of 01.02.2015 according to information of local authorities of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan is available 77 422 unclaimed land shares total:  411,3 thousand hectares. The right of municipal property for land plots of total area of 205,4 thousand hectares (50% of the total area of unclaimed land shares) was appreciated by judgments in 38 municipal areas.
