       From 26.01.2015 till 31.01.2015 the employee of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Dmitry Avdeev as a member of the commission of expert group visited the Nizhnekamsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan where events for rendering the practical assistance in realization of anti-corruption measures are held.

Enlarged meeting of final board of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan "About work results of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014 and tasks for 2015" took place on 04.02.2015. The First Deputy Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin took part at the meeting of the board. The board passed in the videoconference mode with participation of heads of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan and heads of chambers and managements of the land and property. Members of the board of the ministry, heads of structural divisions took part in work of the board.

       General annual meeting of members of "Association of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" will take place on 20th of March,2014, at 10: 00 at the address: , Kazan, Vishnevsky str., 26. The number of the Association of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan was 32 most effective estimative organizations. Appraisers-staff members of the member organizations of the Association are represented in the main self-regulating organizations. Members of Board of association decided to keep up to mid year of a preset size of membership and admission fees. Also a number of additional benefits for the members of the Partnership is determined. It is decided to form a number of additional requirements to join members and to appeal to the authorities of municipalities, the Chamber of Notaries of the Republic of Tatarstan,the association of employers with the explanation of the requirement and standards of valuation. Members of Board approved the proposal on tariffs. At the Board meeting of the Partnership was also considered the information provided by the Executive Directorate of the generalized sentences in the annual report of the Commissioner under President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In 2014 within realization of the Program of support of small and average business by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan actions for creation of the regional centers of engineering in priority branches of economy are continued. Today there are 6 engineering centers in the republic – JSC " The Regional Engineering Center of Industrial Laser Technologies "KAI-Lazer", JSC "The Regional Engineering Center of Medical Simulators "Center Medical science", JSC "The Regional Center of Engineering in the Sphere of Chemical Technologies", JSC "The Regional Center of Engineering of Biotechnologies of the Republic of Tatarstan", JSC " The Center of Prototyping and Introduction of a domestic Robotics, JSC " The Center of Digital Technologies" are functioning successfully.

The volume of the state investments in statute capitals of the engineering centers made about 1,3 billion rubles, including in 2014 – about 600 million rubles.

In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 30.08.2014 No. 628 "About the approval of Regulation on “The Register of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan” the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan carries out annual updating of “The Register of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

According to item 2.3 of the above Regulation on “The Register of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan” legal entities owning on various rights the state property of the Republic of Tatarstan must disposal information about structure of property on 01.01.2015 in a format of the corresponding software to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan till 30 April  2015. This software and also methodical recommendations about its installation and filling can be received on the website mzio.tatarstan.ru in subsection "Information on inclusion of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan in “The Register of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan” of the section "Reference information".

For the 2014 year Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan made 131 resolutions prepared by Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan about the transfer of 790 plots of lands in category of land use suitable for construction from category of agricultural land. Total land area is 4.1 thousand hectares. Category of land use of more than 750 hectares of said land changed for placement of oil production facilities.

Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan started a work on the nomination of state representatives and independent directors in the management and control bodies of joint stock companies with a share of the Republic of Tatarstan in the authorized capitals for the 2015-2016 years.

       At a meeting of Expert and consulting council of Non-commercial Partnership  "Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" of 29.01.2015 was considered the address of Ministry of ground and estate relations of the Republic of Tatarstan in compliance of reports about the market value of annual size of the rent payment for using of land plots located in the Tukayevsky region of the Republic of Tatarstan (Betkinsky and Maloshilninsky rural settlements) and being in municipal property with current legislation about estimated activity and applied methodology of calculations.

       Open auction to increase of cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price of realization of the state property assigned to State Budgetary Institution "Republic Estate Treasury"on the right of operational management is carried out.

Transport department of state institution “Management of financial provision” prepares vehicles to accommodate by public auction.

At the auction will be exhibited 30 cars, owned by organization, such brands as: Mercedes-Benz S600, Volkswagen Passat CC, Hyundai Sonata, Daewoo Nexia, UAZ, VAZ.
