January 22 2015 held a meeting on unauthorized occupation of plot of Naberezhnochelninsky Medical College by “Spektr Ltd”: the petrol station is located on the adjacent plot, but part of that station is located on the plot of Naberezhnochelninsky Medical College.

        As part of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan from 22.03.2010 №DP-156 "On measures to develop the legal aid system and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan №73-LRT from 02.11.2012 "On the provision of free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan", on January 22, 2015 held a visit to Alekseevsky municipal district of information and advisory group to carry out receptions to provide free legal aid to the rural population.

       Yesterday January 22 2015 in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan held the meeting of the commission chaired by the Deputy Minister Farit Shagitovich Musin for the competition for 3 vacancies of civil service:

Head of cadastral relations department,

Senior Consultant of cadastral relations department,

Senior Consultant of Department of efficient use of public lands (department is in the structure of Management of land resources).

       21.01.2015 regular qualification exams were held to certify cadaster engineers in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       From 19 allowed 18 of applicants came  to pass the qualificational examination. 9 applicants passed exams successfully and they are going to be granted with qualification Certificate of cadaster engineer.

 Came into operation an Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation (Russian Ministry of Economic Development) from November 5, 2014 № 700 "On Approval of the Council regulation on the assessment and the provisions on its working bodies" (registered in the Ministry of Justice of RF on December 30, 2014).

 Council for appraisal activity, in fact, becomes the regulator of the assessment market at the level of the federal advisory body, with the transfer of the functions of the National Council for valuation activity and other advisory bodies, as well as new features, determined by Regulation on the Board and article 19.1 of the Federal Law "On appraisal activity".

        During the joint meeting of the Public and Expert Councils under the Commissioner for the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on the protection of the entrepreneurs rights 16.01.2015 discussed a number of topical issues for the business community.

       Commissioner for the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Timur Nagumanov made a presentation on the project outcome in the Republic of Tatarstan "Business and power: a frank conversation", focused on the need to clarify the issues, addressed to the heads of executive power.

        Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan started a work on the nomination for the 2015-2016 years of state representatives and independent directors in the management and control bodies of joint stock companies with a share of the Republic of Tatarstan in the authorized capitals.
