On January 16, 2015 in the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the RT Sergei Demidov, were held open auctions on vehicles sale to increase the cost.

In order to monitor the legality, efficiency and targeted use of state property and land plots owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan (hereinafter – Ministry of RT) in 2014 carried out 80 state property audits, including 52 tests for the property use by government agencies.
When checking, the following typical violations in the audited agencies revealed, including:
- The state property transfer without the owner's consent to other organizations;
- The lack of operational management rights registration (permanent (perpetual) use) of institution for real estate (lands), which is on the organization’s balance;
- The real estate (lands) use without proper relevant rights on them;
- Certificates’ information on the state registration of operational management right (permanent (perpetual) use) of institution for real estate (lands) does not correspond to the actual data.

25.12.2014 in the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan in the videoconference form, held the regular meeting of the Commission on transfer in municipal ownership of real property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan and taking the real estate from the municipal ownership into the ownership of Republic of Tatarstan.
