        At the meeting of the Expert Advisory Board NP "Appraisers Union of RT", held on December 22, 2014, were considered inquiries of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT and of the executive committee of the Vysokogorsky municipal district for an individual entrepreneur report compliance on land assessment to present laws and business practices.

        Today, Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev presented grateful letters to employees of the Ministry, who took an active part in the competition for the use of state and municipal services portal of  the Republic of Tatarstan. The competition was held at the Ministry from 26 June to 30 November 2014.

        19.12.2014 through education and social action on the implementation of an socially important project "Do not give - do not take", in the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT held a meeting with the leaders of the Regional public organization "Academy of Creative Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan" and the regional public organization "Youth Union of the Republic of Tatarstan", headed by its chairman Chitaya Nestan.
      

      Yesterday, on December 18, 2014 at the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations Sergei Demidov, in the framework of the state program "Development of motor fuel market in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013-2023", pursuant to the bilateral plan - schedule of works synchronization for 2014 on construction of gas fueling infrastructure LLC "Gazprom gas fuel", a meeting was held with the representatives of the Executive Committee of Kazan and a branch of LLC "Gazprom gas fuel" in Kazan.

       On December 18, 2014 meeting of a certifying commission of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT on certification of 16 civil civil servants on compliance to posts of the public civil service on the basis of an assessment of their professional office activity took place.

        Pursuant to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan from 12.01.2013 № 8-LRT "On providing living quarters for orphans and children left without parental care, and in accordance with any amendments to Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On targeted social support of the population of RT" under the state contract from 08.08.2014 №2014.29889.

        Today, 17.12.2014, in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT chaired by the Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov held a videoconference with the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan on unformed lands involvement in turnover located on the territory of the republic.

        Last week, the subordinated institution of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT state-financed entity "Republican Property Treasury" held a public auction to increase the value, with public submission of proposals for the state property sale price: 423 gas objects of RT.
       The property sold in the amount of 119 710 957 rubles.

        Сitizens' inquiries were of different nature: on the registration of land ownership, land and real estate lease, land transfer to another category, land cadastral value, the agricultural land privatization, share land, as well as citizens local area, the procedure issuing an extract from the Register of state property of RT, on inclusion in the talent pool of citizens to positions of SUE and JSC heads with state share and other related to activities of the Ministry of RT.

        Yesterday, 11. 12. 2014, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Deputy Minister Farid Mussin, held a  commission session for conducting the competition to include into the personnel reserve for the post of sector specialists head.

       Three applicants attended the competition. As a result of practical tasks conducted by participants and interviews with members of the competition committee, Gazizov Rinat is defined as the winner.
