    The president of NP "Union of Appraisers of RT" Andrey Lisichkin and the executive director of Partnership Oleg Bulgakov participated in an organizational meeting of Public council at the Comissioner for the President of RT on protection of the rights of businessmen.

       Yesterday under the chairmanship of the first deputy minister S. A. Demidov the meeting on a question of transfer of the land plots getting to borders of design of the International congress and exhibition center, to JSC Svyazyinvestneftekhim group of companies took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT.

       On September 17, 2014 subordinated to Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan the State budgetary institution "Republican Property Treasury" carried out custom-made open auction on cost increase with an open form of submission of offers on the price of realization of vehicles.

     The meeting of Expert and consulting council of NP "Union of Appraisers of RT" which took place on September 15, 2014 was devoted to consideration of the address to Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT regarding compliance of the report on an assessment of municipal property to the current legislation.

     While opening a meeting, the President of the Partnership, Andrey Lisichkin, noted that Expert and consulting council included leading, recognized both in the republic, and at the federal level the experts-appraisers representing various SRO (Self-Regulatory Organization) that guarantees high quality and objectivity of the expressed professional opinion.

       As specialists of Management of land resources of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan as of September 15, 2014 reported, all across the Republic of Tatarstan taking into account Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny to large families is provided in common ownership of 22 023 land plots.

       The debt on a rent for the land plots as of 15.09.2014 in the republican budget makes 1,014 million rub, including:

– in a stage of consideration of vessels and preparation of claims – 0,611 million rub;

– the current debt (claims are directed) – 0,403 million rubles.

In total arrived for last week: in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan – 1,077 million rubles.

       TOTAL arrived in the current year – 20,55 million rubles.

       Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan continues order taking for participation in open competitions for the right of the conclusion of the concession agreement concerning health care facilities for ensuring rendering services of an out-patient hemodialysis to the population of the Republic of Tatarstan, located in the cities of Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and Bugulma.

       According to the joint order of Ministry of ecology and natural resources of RT (No. 623-p from 09.09.2014г) and Federal Registration Service Managements on RT (No. p/332 from 10.09.2014г. ) work on allocation of necessary quantity of fuels and lubricants on the involved vehicles began transport department of State Budgetary Institution Management of Material Security.

       On September 12, 2014 the meeting was held under the chairmanship of the First Deputy minister of the land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov concerning modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 01.12.2008 No. 841 “On strips of branch and roadside strips of public highways".

       On September 12, 2014 in the Collection of resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan and regulations of republican executive authorities (No. 68) the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 30.08.2014 No. 628 "About the adoption of Provision on the Register of state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan" is published.
