       The Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT(further- Ministry)works to provide appropriate control over rational use of agricultural lands and their involvement in agricultural circulation. According to the results of this work, area of land plots entered into agriculture in Pestrechinsky and Laishevsky districts was about 350 hectares.

        Subordinate agency of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT state-financed entity "Republican proprietary treasury" filed documents for the state registration of the Republic of Tatarstan ownership to the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography on RT for 2 warehouses, located in Sarmanovsky district to accommodate civil defense property.

       In the Training Center of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (Kazan, Orenburg tract, 24) on September 24, 2014 the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference "Unfair competition. Problems of the theory and regulatory enforcement" was held.

       At the plenary session and during the "round tables", discussed legal issues of detection and suppression of unfair competition acts, its shape and the economic aspect, the evidences and proof for the unfair competition acts suppression. 

       On September 22, 2014 shall become effective Decree of the Ministers Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 30.08.2014 № 628 "On Approval of the Regulation on the state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan Register". Decree is published in the Collection of decrees and orders of the Ministers Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan and the republican executive bodies regulations № 68 dated from  September 12, 2014. 

       On September 21, 2014 within the All-Russian day of run "Nation Cross-country – 2014" the republican mass competitions "Cross-country of Tatarstan — 2014" to attraction to participation in them uneven-age segments of the population of the city took place.

       On September 19, 2014 with participation of heads of Executive committees and Chambers of the land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan of Almetyevsk, Kukmorsky, Menzelinsky, Nizhnekamsk, Pestrechinsky, Chistopolsky municipal areas the working meeting with the agenda "On granting the land plots to the citizens having three and more children" in the videoconference mode is held.

       In Federal Registration Service Management across the Republic of Tatarstan passed the eighth meeting this year of the qualification commission on certification of cadastral engineers of the Republic of Tatarstan which organizer is the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT. 

       According to the appeal of Office of the Federal Tax Service in the Republic of Tatarstan at the meeting of Expert and consulting council of NP "Union of Appraisers of RT" which took place on September 19, 2014 the report on the market value of property of the enterprise in the Bugulma municipal area was discussed. During the analysis considerable violations of the law about estimated activity, discrepancies and distortions that could infringe significantly on interests of creditors, including the states are revealed.

       In subordinated establishment State Budgetary Institution Management of Material Security preparation for a heating season comes to the end. In an office building on Kosmonavtov St., 59 hydraulic pressure testing of system of heating, and in the building on Yasenevaya St. is carried out, 60 is carried out control start-up of heat.

       With the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 6, 2014 No. 912 "About modification of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" the list of categories of citizens which have the right to acquire economy class housing  at preferential price is expanded. It is about the housing constructed or which is under construction on the land plots of Federal fund of assistance to development of housing construction.
