       For the third quarter of 2014, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT (further-Ministry) conducted 30 inspections from planned 68 in 2014 on the effective use of state property and land plots, transferred to government agencies, institutions of different forms of ownership for the operational management, permanent (perpetual) use, gratuitous use and lease, including 22 inspections of the property use by government agencies. 

       Celebration of veterans in the International day of elderly people  became a good tradition in Ministry of  Land and Property Relations of RT. And in the current year on October 1, the festive event for the veterans of the work who have worked for many years in the State Property Committee of RT and Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT took place.

        01.10.2014, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Deputy Minister Rustem Merzakreev, held a meeting on the execution of instructions list following the meeting results of the Republican Organizing Committee "Russia 2018" to prepare for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in terms of an additional allotment of land plots for the three training sites in the stadiums "Electron", SEI FE "RSСYSSOR" on shooting "Sviyaga" and MC "Volga".

        According to the Office of the economy, privatization and corporate governance, the amount of unspecified income, coming to the budgets of the Russian Federation subjects on the budget classification codes, assigned to the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT (further - Ministry),  decreased significantly (for 9 months of 2013 5794 payment orders came, for the same period of 2014 248 payment orders).

        However, to minimize the requests from the payers to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, the requests from the Office of the Federal Treasury of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as pursuant to the Budget Code of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of RT reminds that from January 1, 2014 income, received in the form of rent for land plots, state ownership for which is not differentiated and which are located within the urban districts, as well as funds from the sale of the right to lease such land plots come to the local budget.

       In the framework of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan from November 2, 2012 № 73-LRT "On providing free legal assistance to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan", on September 29, 2014 in the House of Peoples' Friendship of Kazan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan organized the free legal assistance to elderly citizens, timed to the International Day of Older Persons.

       The State Duma of RF in the third reading passed a bill "On Amendments into the Articles 12 and 85 of the first part and the second part of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and the annulment of the law of the Russian Federation "On taxes on individuals’ property".

       As specialists of Management of land resources of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, all across the Republic of Tatarstan taking into account Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny to large families is provided in common ownership of 22 131 land plots.

       Pursuant to the instructions of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, state-financed entity "Republican proprietary Treasury" carried out audit of the state property use, located in the Menzelinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan, assigned to the Department of Agriculture of RT and the State Institution "State factory stable" Menzelinskaya" with the race-course".

       Type classifier of permitted land plots use has developed. Regulation on its application was secured in the Land Code of RF with amendments adopted as early as 2010.

       The classifier contains the name of the permitted use type, a description and the code.
