       11.04.2014 in Nizhnekamsk with the Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev cluster workshops meeting held with heads of municipalities. Representatives of Aktanyshsky, Zainsky, Menzelinsky, Muslyumovsky, Nizhnekamsky, Sarmanovsky, Tukaevskiy municipal districts attended this meeting. 

       11.04.2014 a meeting, chaired by the Deputy Minister Rustem Merzakreev, held at the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan on the demarcation of rural settlements with crossing the settlements boundaries. 

       Subordinate institution staff of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations RT state-financed entity "Material support Management" engaged in landscaping a neighborhood administrative building on the Astronauts str., 59, Kazan. Work is done on clearing snow and trash.

       The Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan (further- the Ministry) summarized cash flows to the national budget from land rent.

       07.04.2014, in Almetyevsk with Deputy Minister Farid Mussin and 09.04.2014 in the settlement of Aksubaevo with the Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev cluster workshops meetings held with heads of municipalities. Representatives of seven municipal districts of the respective territorial zones attended each of these meetings. Deputy ministers presentations considered the most pressing issues on land and property relations at the municipal level. Much attention has been paid to the use of growth local revenues reserves, the effective use of the property, as well as territorial planning, settlements expansion, unclaimed property and other issues.

       These activities will continue in other areas. Today, 11.04.2014, a seminar will be held in Nizhnekamsk with the Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev.

       11.04.2014 the meeting of the commission on the transfer of real estate owned by the Republic of Tatarstan to the municipal property held in the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT chaired by the Head of the Property management Fanisa Safina. At the meeting, together with the Chambers of property and land relations representatives 8 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan offers were reviewed on the transfer of immovable property to the municipal ownership and 2 health institutions offers adopting municipal real estate to the Republic of Tatarstan property.

         On April 10 and 11, 2014 subordinated authority of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT state financed entity "Republican proprietary treasury" held auctions.

       11.04.2014 the Office of Rosreestr of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of commission on disputes about the results of the cadastral value.The meeting includes Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev.

       10.04.2014 a regular meeting of the working group held, chaired by the Deputy Minister Farid Mussin, on the analysis and control of financial and economic activities of state unitary enterprises and joint stock companies whose shares owned by the government. At the meeting the working group discussed financial and economic activities of the following companies in 2013: SUE "Nizhnekamsk autoenterprise of ambulance M3 RT", SUE RT "SPA "Geocentre", SUE RT targeted programs Directorate of the Ministry on Civil Defense and Emergency RT, SUE "Tatar publishing house" and SUE RT "Urban electric transport" (Nizhnekamsk).

       08.04.2014 regular qualification exams were held to certify cadaster engineers in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       From 18 allowed 17 of applicants came  to pass the qualificational examination. 7 applicants passed exams successfully and they are going to be granted with qualification Certificate of cadaster engineer.
