       The Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan (further- the Ministry) summarized cash flows to the national budget from land rent.

       Today, all departments of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan came together to clean up the fixed ministry territory. They tidied building territory, washed windows, cleaned up their workplaces.

       Today, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov, a meeting held with representatives of the Kazan Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate), the Ministry of Culture of Tatarstan and its subordinate agencies on sharing of the cultural heritage for religious purpose - building of Joy of All Who Sorrow Cathedral of St. John the Baptist Monastery, located in Zelenodol'sk district, Svijazhsk.

       15.04.2014, in Mendeleevsk  and 16.04.2014 in the Kama Mouth settlement with the Deputy Minister Rustem Merzakreev cluster workshops meetings held with heads of municipalities. Representatives of the respective territorial zones attended each of these meetings. Deputy minister presentations considered the most pressing issues on land and property relations at the municipal level. 

      The Ministry of Land and Property Relations RT (further-Ministry RT) exercises held today, for fire safety, during which they the actions of personnel in case of fire were completed.

       As part of the teaching, conditional hearth fire was discovered in the building (in the lobby of the 5th floor) and measures adopted to evacuate people in the building and extinguish the fire.

       17.04.2014 , a regular meeting of the working group, chaired by the Deputy Minister Farid Musin, held on the analysis and control of financial and economic activities of state unitary enterprises and joint stock companies whose shares are owned by the state . At the working group meeting the financial and economic activities were considered on the basis of the following companies in 2013: SUE RT "Republican Computer Centre MFA RT", RT SUE "Tatarstan Center of Scientific and Technical Information", JSC " Housing mortgage agency RT", JSC "Export Corporation RT".

       The Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan considered the land expanding of the Kazan branch of the Volga State Academy of Water Transport by land provision on the Kazan Port street, leased by JSC "СC "Tatflot" and land in the municipal property.

       16.04.2014 the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the titling of the land on which the building of the Universiade Village student dormitory is situated to accommodate students from IT- Lyceum

       Annual Real Estate Forum, organized with the support of the Union of Appraisers RT 16.04.2014 held in the conference hall "Pushkin" STRBC "Corston". Nonprofit partnership members, representatives of banks, real estate and appraisal organizations, the media, Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations Farid Musin, head of assessment department of MLPR RT Larisa Shvetsova , ministry officials took part in exhibition viewing and forum business part.

       Effective 16.04.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 25 487 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 371, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 099 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 25 201. In Kazan 2 580 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.
