       On the eve of May Day celebrations the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption policy organized "round table" on "The role of public associations and organizations in anti-corruption".

       Badrutdinov M., Head of the Presidential Office of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption policy, Fomin A., Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, Latypov R., Chief of Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Safiullin I., Head of Economic security and Anti-corruption of Ministry of the Interior in RT spoke in front of "round table" participants.

     At the regular meeting of the Board of NP "Appraisers Union of the Republic of Tatarstan" a number of issues important for the whole appraisal community was discussed.

      The ranks of the Partnership, on the consideration of the submitted documents, accepted LLC "Art Expert", which successfully established itself in the assessment market.

       On April 26, 2014 under the Republican environmental action "Forest Day" employees of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan and subordinated institutions actively participated in the commemorative landing tab in Matyushinsky forestry area state public institution of RT "Suburban forest" planted seedlings of coniferous species - larches.

       Staff of subordinate institution of the Ministry of RT state financed entity "UMO" this week worked on accomplishment of adjoining territory of the administrative building on the Cosmonavtov street, 59 Kazan. They collected garbage, whitewashed curbs. On Saturday, on the day spent working forest planting landscaping, planted 20 firs.

       The Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan (further- the Ministry) summarized cash flows to the national budget from land rent.

       Subordinate institution of Ministry of Land and Property Relarions RT state- financed entity "Republican proprietary treasury" pursuant to Resolution of the Ministers Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 27.03.2014 № 192 launched submission of documents for the state registration of ownership restrictions in the Republic of Tatarstan to the Department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography at RT for 73 lands in the municipal Zelenodol'sk district of RT. 

       25.04.2014 the Office of Rosreestr of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of commission on disputes about the results of the cadastral value.The meeting includes Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev.

       In pursuance of the Ministers Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 20.03.2003 № 150 "On Approval of the Register Regulation of state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan" ministry holds annual updating of the Register of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan. Admission of records of legal entities shall be in "one window" of the ministry.

        Effective 23.04.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 25 597 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 449, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 099 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 25 203. In Kazan 2 580 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.
