12.05.2014 the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax incomes for four months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev, Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT.
According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry for above mentioned period 115,620 mln. rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of state property and lands. Thus, for four month the budget task is accomplished to 28,24 %.
Pursuant to the order of the Ministry of land and property relations of RT №68 from 24.02.2014 subordinate institution of the Ministry state financed entity "Republican proprietary Treasury" has carried out the use audit in accordance with the laws of the land plot, located at: Kazan, Orenburg Tract street, 140a owned by the Republic of Tatarstan and leased to the charity fund "Ronald McDonald House". On the audit observations weren’t found.

07.05.2014 chaired by the Deputy Minister Farid Mussin a regular meeting of the working group held on the analysis and control of financial and operating activity of state unitary enterprises and joint stock companies whose shares owns the state. At this meeting the financial and economic activities of enterprises and joint-stock companies, whose results of 2013 were unprofitable, considered. Among them SUE RT "Special Sanitary motor company", JSC "Hotel algorithm", JSC "Agricultural Park "Kazan" and JSC "Tatteplosbyt". Results of these organizations financial - operating activity recognized by the working group as unsatisfactory. Appropriate recommendations are given in order to improve the financial condition of state enterprises and joint-stock companies.
Effective 07.05.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 25 773 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 512, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 105 of applicants.
It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 25 348. In Kazan 2 580 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.
On May 28-29, 2014 in order to provide practical assistance to local government representatives from the Ministry made a working visit to the Republic of Crimea Bakhchisaray district. Previously, the list of most interesting issues was obtained from district’s professionals, working in the land and property relations sphere.
In municipal districts of the republic, including the towns Bugul'ma, Zelenodolsk and Nizhnekamsk there is a work on providing the lands for the construction of gas filling infrastructure "Gazprom gas-engine fuel".
