       The Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan (further- the Ministry) summarized cash flows to the national budget from land rent.

       Pursuant to the request of the Ministry of land and property relations of RT subordinate agency of the Ministry state financed entity "Republican proprietary Treasury" has carried out the use of state property, assigned on the right of operational management to the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan - metal stored in the warehouse, located : Kazan, Model str., 25.

        Employees of the state financed entity "UMO" responsible for fire safety condition in the workplaces, have been trained in fire-technical minimum program in PEI "Training Center "ABC Safety" and got certificates.

       Zonal training meeting on budget and tax innovations involving national and municipal authorities held in Almetyevsk.

       The agenda listed two questions: «Program Budget» and «Individuals real property tax».

       Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Gaizatullin familiarized participants with a current budget implementation and budgeting in the Republic of Tatarstan. The republic budget deficit for 2014 is 9.6 billion rubles. Minister sees the reason of such a state in the region socio-economic development slowdown, in an overpayment to the RT budget on income tax and in unprofitable enterprises.

       On May 15, 2014 republican zonal training seminars - meetings on the topic: "The program budget. Tax on immovable property of individuals" held in Naberezhnye Chelny and Almetyevsk, participants of which were heads of executive committees, deputy heads of executive committees on the economy, financial managers of land and property chambers, heads of departments of education, culture, municipalities youth policy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Minister of Finance of RT Radik Gaizatullin opened the seminar.

       16.05.2014 the Office of Rosreestr of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of commission on disputes about the results of the cadastral value.The meeting includes Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev.

       On May 15, 2014 under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov a meeting to support the development of road infrastructure was held. 

       Effective 15.05.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 25 915 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 519, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 154 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 25 376. In Kazan 2 580 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       On May 14, 2014 at the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov a meeting held on the implementation of the investment project "Reconstruction of gas pipeline Minnibajevo -Kazan".

      Within the execution of functions on property use control, owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, fixed by public institutions, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on August 22, 2007 N 407 "Issues of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan" in April the Ministry of RT started planning check for 2014 of state property use by 52 Departments of Agriculture and Food of the Republic.
