Pursuant to Regulation on the information disclosure of ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on May 16, 2008 № 327 on the official website of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan (look "Program execution of the Republic of Tatarstan finance reforming - Information on state property of the Republic of Tatarstan") lists of public agencies and state-owned unitary enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan are posted.
Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan (further- Ministry), since 26.03.2014 has been making inspections on use of lands in accordance with the laws of lease contracts concluded with Ministry of RT.

Effective 19.03.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 25 208 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 245, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 083 of applicants.

Under co-funding by the republic of Tatarstan the Development Program FSAEI HPO "Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University" the object will continue to transfer to federal ownership for the teaching and laboratory design.
