       In the period from 28.02.14 to 14.03.2014 subordinate institution of the Ministry of Land  and Property Relations of RT state financed entity "Management of material support " in cooperation with the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, made ​​trips to the state nature complex reserves.

       On March 19 at the hotel and entertainment complex "Kazan Riviera" began a three-day training seminar for managers and specialists from Chambers of Property and Land Relations on the topic "Legal framework of the management of state and municipal property and judicial practice issues". The Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev opened the seminar. In his opening speech, the Minister noted that the seminar should be held with maximum efficiency, and urged all participants to take an active part in the seminar.

       Yesterday in Kazan on Millennium Square a rally "We are together forever!" held in support of the decision on reunification of Crimea and Sevastopol with Russia, adopted by referendum on March 16.

       Pursuant to the Federal Law of 27 July 2010 N 210-FL "On the organization of public and municipal services", Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 16.12.2013 № 995 "On the state information system of the RT "Information System on state and municipal payments of the RT" (GIS GMP), as well as in connection with the need for work on information interaction with GIS GMP, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT held a meeting (training seminar) on the work in this system.

        Today, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on public complaints from Laishevsky and Spassky districts about the work of cadastral engineers. The meeting was attended by the citizens themselves, cadastral engineers, and head of NP "Association of cadastral engineers of the Republic of Tatarstan".

       The Regulation of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan , accepted by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 22.08.2007 № 407, has been updated from 01.03.2014 № 133, including the granting authority of the ministry to take decisions on the approval of the security zones boundaries of gas distribution networks.

       In pursuance of the Ministers Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 20.03.2003 № 150 "On Approval of the Register Regulation of state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan" ministry holds annual updating of the Register of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan. Admission of records of legal entities shall be in "one window" of the ministry.

        According to information received by Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT from 43 municipalities to date the campaign "People inventory" was attended by 489 residents of the republic and overall complaints received in respect of 580 lands and 378 buildings (premises).

        Notice the efficiency of the work of local governments of Arsky , Bavlinskoye , Tukaevskiy and Drozhzhanovsky districts. A number of identified properties is 80% of the total.

       Today the Office of Rosreestr of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of commission on disputes about the results of the cadastral value.The meeting includes Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev.
