        Subordinate institution of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT state financed entity "Managing the material support" in the building on the Astronauts str., 59 Kazan assembled and tested fire alarm system and fire extinguishing system.

       Pursuant to the Federal Law № 327 "On the transfer of property to religious organizations for religious purposes under the state or municipal property" the State budget institution "Republican proprietary treasury" initiated the transfer to the ownership of a religious organization "Kazan Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church" of the object located at Kazan, Marx str., 67.

       On March 14, 2014, a meeting was held on the project "Smart City Kazan" at the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov.

       To discuss this issue, representatives of JSC "Corporation of development of the Republic of Tatarstan", Investment Promotion Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, the branch of FGBI "Federal Cadastral Chamber of Rosreestr" on the Republic of Tatarstan and JSC RCC "Earth" were invited. 

        Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a retreat on the construction of the facility "Gas pipeline to the Resurrection New Jerusalem Monastery" on the land at the Orenburg tract street, 48 of Kazan, owned by the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting also attended the representatives of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Administration of Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts of Kazan, Bishops monastery, SSI "Tatar Research Institute of Agriculture of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences".

       On the meeting of the Board of Nonprofit Partnership "Appraisers Union of Republic of Tatarstan" held on March 13, 2014 was made a series of decisions of organizational and methodical nature.

        The Regulations on Expert Advisory Board of the Partnership and professional public accreditation of educational programs of vocational education institutions offering training in assessment, the Expert Advisory Board were accepted, subject to the received proposals and wide discussion.

        In order to improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption in the Republic of Tatarstan in the period from 11 to 12 March, the representative of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT took part in a seminar on the program "Anticorruption in the public authorities’ activities", organized by the Institute of Economics, Management and Law (Kazan), for the officials of divisions of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan, who are responsible for the prevention of corruption and other offenses.

       The seminar was opened by the Head of the Department of Civil Service and Personnel under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan A.N. Belov, who pointed out the need for such a platform for experience exchange and good ideas on the formation of well-functioning state mechanisms to address the main strategic objective - the recognition, observance and protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen.

       Effective 12.03.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 25 081 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 239, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 083 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 24 512. In Kazan 2 173 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       Today, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan on providing residential premises to orphans and children left without parental care, persons from the number of orphans and children left without parental care. The meeting discussed the mechanism of providing orphans living quarters taking into account their location.

       Yesterday, 03/11/2014, commission session was held on the contest for vacancies substitution of state civil service at the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Farit Mussin. Vacant positions are:

· Head of Legal Department;

· A leading adviser of real estate residential, housing and road sector management of property;

· Lead consultant of the organization of interaction with local government bodies on management of land resources;

· Head of cadastral relations department;

· Senior Consultant of inventory relationship department.

       On March 11, 2014 a meeting of the Certification Commission of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan was held, where government employee passed the qualifying examination to get the class rank .
