        On March 11, 2014 a meeting chaired by Deputy Minister Farid Musin held on the privatization of state unitary enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan " Information and Publishing Center Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan" at the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan. This company is included in the forecast plan (program) of privatization of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014.

       11.03.2014 the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on tariffs, the Executive Committee of Nizhnekamsk Municipal District.

       11.03.2014 the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax incomes for two months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev, Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT.

       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry for above mentioned period 64,24 million rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of state property and lands. Thus for two months the budget task is accomplished to 15,69 %.

       06.03.2014 a Commission meeting on the questions of transfer to municipal property the real estate owned by the Republic of Tatarstan and the adopting of real estate from municipal property into the ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan. At the meeting , together with representatives of the Chambers of property and land relations (hereinafter - the Chambers) were considered proposals of 8 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transfer of immovable property into the municipal property and 1 offer of Aznakaevo municipal district on adopting of municipal real estate into the property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       On March 6, a seminar - round-table meeting held on the topical subject of educational programs accreditation at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of RT.

       In particular, in accordance with the new establishment of the Federal Law "On Education", the state accreditation of additional educational programs is canceled and their professional public accreditation is introduced. It is held by employers and their associations, as well as their authorized organizations and confirms the compliance of these programs and the training level of their graduates with requirements of the professional standards and the labor market. In the Republic of Tatarstan this direction in the evaluation field is actively developed and implemented by the Education Committee and upgrade qualifications of NP "Appraisers Union of RT" in cooperation with the leading universities (KFU, KGASU, IEML, TISBI). In addition, the accreditation of educational programs for appraisers - one of the planned joint activities of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Union of Appraisers, that is reflected in the forthcoming Agreement.

       According to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Approval of the Regulation on the common system of vehicles monitoring in the Republic of Tatarstan on the basis of a single state information system" GLONASS+112" together with the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT, it is decided to install  GPS-trackers on vehicles .

       Landholders, concluded with the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan lease land contracts owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, must  implement lease payments from 01.01.2014  to the following accounts:

       State financed entity "Republican proprietary treasury"  held two custom auction during  the current week. 

       Effective 05.03.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 24 969 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 199, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 074 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 24 508. In Kazan 2 173 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.
