       On March 5 a rally in support of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, its multinational folk - for the friendship between the nations of Russia and Ukraine  was held in Kazan on Millennium Square.

       In 2014, municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan with Kazan's experience began holding a "People's inventory".

       The aim of the campaign "People's inventory" - with the assistance of the population to identify abandoned, unused and improperly used lands, buildings and premises in order to involve them into the economy. The campaign will last until 01.05.2014. 

         By virtue of the provisions set out in paragraphs 6.9 of Article 1 , paragraph 3 of Article 11 of the Federal Law from 03.12.2012 № 244 -FL "On Amendments to the Budget Code of the Russian Federation and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" , from 1 January 2014 , the revenues from the lease of lands, state ownership of which is not differentiated and which are located within the boundaries of urban districts, will be credited to the budgets of urban districts at the 100 percent.

       The first day of spring opened a new season of Games for state and municipal employees of RT, which is held annually in order to develop healthy lifestyle of state and municipal employees and bring them to systematic physical training and sports.

       01.03.2014 Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev made ​​a report "On the experience of using the concession agreements mechanism for investment projects implementation in the Republic of Tatarstan" at the regular meeting of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. President of Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held Investment Council Meeting at the House of the Government.

       In its report, Azat Hamaev stressed that the scope of public-private partnership (PPP) is extensive, but the cause of its underdevelopment is the lack of an appropriate legal framework. Adoption of the Federal Law on PPP will form a unified and clear understanding of public-private partnership and application mechanism.

       For the current week subordinate institution of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, state-financed entity "Management of material supply" gave only 69 units of vehicles. Including 57 units of vehicles – to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, 12 crews with drivers – to the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       27/02/2014 regular qualification exams were held to certify cadaster engineers in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       A Board meeting NPO "Appraisers Union of RT" held on February 28, 2014 decided to hold reporting-elective annual general meeting of the Partnership on March 20 of current year.

       Meeting participants offered to expand the membership of the Board by candidates-appraisers with extensive experience of methodical and practical work. The project’s financial plan was approved for 2014. A significant part of the costs offered to send for legal work activation, restraint of violations in the valuation market, interests support of its bona fide participants - members of the NPO , the popularization of the appraisers Union activities, effective mechanisms development of public-private partnership.

       27.02.2014 meeting was held on the conclusion of agreements on cooperation between the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT and municipalities of the country in the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT chaired by the Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev. Representatives of the State Legal Department of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the President of  RT on anti-corruption policy, the Economic and Social Research Center of RT affiliated to the Ministers’ Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, Committee of Land and Property Relations of ECM Kazan, heads of chambers and offices of Property and Land Relations of RT attended the event.

       Effective 26.02.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 24 994 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 199, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 074 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 24 505. In Kazan 2 173 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.
