       State-financed entity "Republican proprietary Treasury" transferred the first dormitories to the municipal ownership of Kazan located at  Hlebozavodskaya str., 3, Hlebozavodskaya str., 6, that belong to the Republic, pursuant to the instructions of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov. 

       The meeting was attended by Chairman of the State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan , district handler Azat Hamaev, officials of the President’s Office of the Republic of Tatarstan , the State Council , the Ministers’ Cabinet, the Ministries and departments . Together with the members of the District Council heads of law enforcement agencies, heads of departments, heads of enterprises and organizations, director of school district were invited to the meeting. 

       The district head Vasil Haseev gave a speech on the first item on the agenda. He briefed the participants of the meeting with socio-economic development results of the district in 2013 and tasks for 2014.

       During the period from 02/17/14 to 02/21/14 state-financed entity "Republican property treasury" held state registration of 95 agreements for lease contracts of lands located in Kazan.

       Entity also checked six state facilities for the proper use of public property in Laishevsky, Vysokogorsky districts and in Kazan. Violations weren’t found.

On February 20, 2014 a meeting was held on the project "Smart City Kazan” at the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov."

       Effective 21.02.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 24 709 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 118, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 034 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 24 387. In Kazan 2 173 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan allocated 10.7 million rubles to the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan for the accommodations purchase for the subsequent provision to orphans, children left without parental care and persons from the number of orphans and children left without parental care. Thus, in 2014, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan from 12.01.2013 № 8 -LRT "On providing living quarters for orphans and children left without parental care, and on alteration of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On targeted social support of population in the Republic of Tatarstan" continues to implement.

       On February 18th the meeting was held in the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations Sergei Demidov, on land formation for IT-park in the rural settlement Stolbischensky, Laishevsky municipal district.

       The head of the State-financed Organization "Management of material support" reported on the entity’s outcome for 2013 at a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Forestry and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and announced work plans for 2014.

        The main activity of the entity is providing a motor service for the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan holds open auction to increase the costs with public submission on costs for the state property implementation on March 25, 2014 at 10AM at Kazan, Vishnevsky st., 26 (mart). Sale of commercial space with a total area 577 sq. m, 1 floor, cadastral number 16:49:010204:729, located in the Republic of Tatarstan, Zelenodolsky municipal district, Zelenodolsk, Komsomolskaya st., 5, building 1000.

       Ministry holds annual updating of the state property Register of the Republic of Tatarstan in pursuance of the Ministers Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 20.03.2003 № 150 " On the Regulation of state ownership Registry approval of the Republic of Tatarstan"

       In this regard, all entities owning state property on various rights must provide information on the property structure as of 01.01.2014 in the appropriate software format.
