       State budget institution "Republican proprietary treasury" of 26.03.2014, 27.03.2014 held two open custom auction for the right to lease a state property:

- Non-residential premise № 10, the part of non-residential premise № 2, part of the premise, total area of which is 33.14 square meters, located at RT, Zelenodolsky district, Vasilyevo village, School str., 33.

- Non-residential premises №№ 58, 59, 60, 61, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69 on the 1st floor with a total area of 193.6 square meters, located at RT, Kazan, Svoboda square, 1.

       27.03.2014 in Government Autonomous Agency of Further Education "Central Specialized Child and Youth Chess School of Olympic Reserves of R.G.Nezhmetdinov" chess Olympics of state and municipal employees of Tatarstan started.

       Among 28 teams from ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan the chess competition also involves the team of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations with Ilnur Karimov (Finance and state orders Department), Andrew Sarykov (State property registry of RT Department) and Ninella Vafina (Economics, privatization and corporate governance Department).

       Subordinate institution of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT state financed entity "Management of material support" began preparatory work on the conversion of vehicles for the summer season, as well as the transition to summer consumption rate of petroleum products by order № AM-23-r dated from 14.03.2008, by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation "Consumption rates of fuels and lubricants for road transport".

       Pursuant to the instructions of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT transferred seven state production dormitories to the Kazan city municipal ownership, located at:

       26.03.2014 in the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Rustem Merzakreev on coordination of interregional borders with representatives of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC "RCC "Earth", Buinsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Elabuzhsky, Nizhnekamsky and Mamadishsky municipal districts.

        25.03.2014 in the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT (further-Ministry of RT) a meeting chaired by the Deputy Minister Rustem Merzakreev held on the results of public hearings to establish the location of the settlements boundaries which cross the boundaries of inhabited localities. Representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Repiblic of Tatarstan, Alekseevsky, Apastovsky, Vysokogorsky, Tyulyachinsky, Kama-Ust'insky, and Verkhneuslonsky municipal districts of Tatarstan and JSC "RCC "Earth", as well as experts of the ministry took part in the meeting.

       On March 26, 2014 at the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov a meeting held on the offer for lease of land owned by LLC "Olymp" for the construction of the dismantling camera on the end of the metro station "Victory Avenue".

       On May 5, 2014 at 11AM Department of State Property and Land Relations of the Ulyanovsk region (Ulyanovsk, Lev Tolstoy str., 58) holds a public auction for the sale of shares of JSC "Ulyanovskavtodor", owned by the state of the Ulyanovsk region.

       Single qualifying examination in accordance with the level of knowledge expected from a federal standard of assessing to an expert of self-regulatory organization of appraisers will be held on April 21, 2014 at 16.00 at Kazan, Butlerov str., 4, 418 cab. (Institute of Economy and Finance of Kazan Federal University).

       Sole shareholder, represented by the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan on March 25, 2014 in the JSC Agricultural Park "Kazan" the new board of directors is approved.
