       Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan on May 7, 2014 at 10.00 in Kazan, Vishnevsky str., 26 (mart) holds public auction to increase the costs with public submission costs for the state property implementation.        Yesterday, 02.04.2014, in the RT Ministry of Land and Property Relations chaired by the Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov a meeting held on the educational buildings reconstruction of "Kazan branch of the Volga State Academy of Water Transport" (VSAWT) in order to create a campus to prepare staff  for water transport. For the construction of the campus, there is a need to carry out the expansion of the existing land plot of VSAWT with area of ​​2450 sq. m through the lands provision on the Port str. of ​​the Kazan with area of 1639 sq. m, leased JSC "CC "Tatflot", and the land with area of ​​1400 square meters, formed from land previously allocated by LLP "Sayar".

       Government of the Russian Federation made a decree from 22.03.2014 № 429- R, in accordance with amending the scheme of territorial planning of the Russian Federation in the federal transportation ( rail, air, sea, inland waterway) , federal highways. 

       Evaluation Department monitored rent rates on commercial real estate in Kazan and major cities of Republic of Tatarstan for I quarter of 2014.

       Among Kazan districts, the highest rates and the largest number of offers observed in Vakhitovsky and Novo- Savinovsky city areas. Thus, the range of retail space rents is from 600 to 2500 rubles per sq. m per month, office- from 500 to 1,500 rubles per sq. m per month.

       Commercial real estate in Aviastroitelny and Kirovsky areas of the city is still underdeveloped, the lowest rent rates and the smallest number of offers are fixed here, and this is due to low infrastructure development, the absence of large shopping and entertainment centers. Commercial space available in rent for 400 to 700 rubles per sq. m per month, shopping - from 500 to 800 rubles per sq. m per month.

       Since 2012, state information system "People’s control" operates in the Republic of Tatarstan. It allows citizens to interact with national and municipal authorities in the new format.

        In order to use capabilities of GIS RT "People control" as a tool for gathering information from the population of abandoned, unused and improperly used lands, buildings and premises  the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan approved from 15.03.2014 № 156 on complement of GIS RT "People's control" with new categories - "People's inventory - lands" and "People's inventory - buildings (premises)".

       Amendments to the Land Code of RT defined 4 types of valuable productive agricultural lands:

1) Farm lands of research organizations’ pilot production units and scientific-experimental departments of educational institutions of higher professional education;

2) Agricultural lands cadastral value of which over 50 percent of the average for the municipality;

3) Agricultural lands intended for the implementation of tests, protection and use of selection achievements;

4) Artificially irrigated farm lands and drained lands with fixed irrigation systems and closed drainage systems. 

        Effective 26.03.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 25 245 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 294, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 083 of applicants.

        It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 24 746. In Kazan 2 173 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       27.03.2014 regular qualification exams were held to certify cadaster engineers in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       From 18 allowed 17 of applicants came  to pass the qualificational examination. 6 applicants passed exams successfully and they are going to be granted with qualification Certificate of cadaster engineer.
