       Land undervaluation may lead to 30 municipal budgets losing 900 million roubles.

       (Kazan, January 31, Tatar-inform, Ayaz Ismagilov). Over 1,000 appeals regarding land cadastral valuation have been submitted to Tatarstan Arbitrage Court; almost half of them were received in 2013. Undervaluation may lead to 30 municipal        budgets losing a total of 900 million rubles due to smaller tax and non-tax income.

       Tatarstan Land and Property Relations Minister Azat Khamaev reported these numbers at the authority’s end-of-year board. Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov also attended the meeting.

       Khamaev named the issue of deliberate under-reporting the land cadastral valuation by the dishonest market players as one of the major problems.

       Tomorrow, On January 31t, 2014 at 10.00 am at Vishnevsky st., 26 will be held an expanded meeting of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations collegium of the Republic of Tatarstan "About the work results of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT in 2013 and tasks for 2014". The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Khalikov takes a part in the meeting.

      Effective 29.01.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 24 463 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 054, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 2 999 of applicants.

       On January 28, 2014 at the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a meeting on the construction of the Kazan postal logistics center.

       Representatives of the FSUE "Russian Post" and JSC "International airport "Kazan" were invited to discuss this issue.

       On January 29th, 2014 the held meeting of the Board of Nonprofit Partnership "Union Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" was considered by a number of important issues.

       The Board work plan for 2014 was approved, involving, in particular, methodological and legal work, database creation of properties price zoning for the real estate assessment, preparation and participation in the real estate Congress of the Republic of Tatarstan in April this year together with the Guild of RT Realtors, creation of voluntary certification system for members of the Partnership, development of appraisers’ skill level and performance quality. The last question was considered separately - as a result of discussion with representatives of the leading educational institutions of the Republic, who are members of the Education Committee of the Appraisers Union (KFU, IEML etc.), as the basis is taken the Regulation on professional public accreditation of educational programs for appraisers.

       Yesterday, in the Ministry of Land and Property Realtions of RT was held a meeting on the further use of the building on the Lobachevsky st., 10, which is the object of cultural heritage "Urban homestead built in 1906". The meeting was chaired by the first Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergei Demidov.

       Today in Kazan Federal University solemn awarding of qualification certificates was held in accordance with requirements to the knowledge level expected by the federal valuation standard from an SRO expert, reports the NP "Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan".

       On January 25th, 2014 a report- election conference of the Republic of Tatarstan Swimming Federation was held at the water sports Palace. This meeting was attended by the Minister of Youth, Sports and Tourism Rafis Timerkhanovich Burganov, Minister of Land and Property Relations Azat Kiyamovich Hamaev, Swimming Federation of RT members, veterans.

       Three important questions were discussed on the conference: the president’s of the federation reelection due to the statement of Eric Akchurin who held this post to release him from his duties at his own request, the reelection of the first vice - president of the federation, different.

       The receipts of money in the consolidated and republican budgets from rent of the ground areas were summed up in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       01/24/2014 in the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT chaired by the Head of the Property Management Fanisa Safina was held session of the commission on the transfer of real estate to the municipal property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan and also on the acceptance of real estate from municipal property to the ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan. At the commission meeting together with representatives of Chambers of property and land relations were considered 11 proposals of Municipalities of RT on the transfer of real estate to the municipal property and 2 offers of Baltasinsky municipal district and the town Naberezhnye Chelny on the adoption of municipal real estate into the property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
