       On February 13th, 2014 at 10.00AM in Kazan, Vishnevskogo st., 26 (auction mart) Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan holds public auction to increase the costs with the open form of price offers for the vehicles implementation. 

       Due to the transfer of rights and obligations of the lessor under lands rental agreement , state ownership of which is not differentiated and which are located within the urban districts boundaries, Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan requests  Municipal public establishment " Land and Property Relations Committee of the Executive Committee of  Kazan Municipality” to make transfers of funds on these requisites from 01.01.2014.

       Yesterday, 20.01.2014 , the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev held a regular meeting, where budgetary assignment to the 2014 year was announced on non-tax revenues, administrator of which is the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT . Total annual plan set in the amount of 409.5 million rubles. Changes in the Budget Code of the Russian Federation have resulted on the budgetary assignments reduction. So, since January 1st, 2014 incomes from lease and lands sales, on which state ownership is not differentiated and which are located within the urban districts boundaries - enter to the local budgets. Thus, if growth rate of such revenues will be maintained in the 2014, the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan would lose about 500 million rubles or 20% of the non-tax revenues.

       Today the first Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT Sergey Demidov held a meeting with Russian representatives of Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee all around the Republic of Tatarstan and 15 municipalities of the republic.

       Today, on January 16th, 2014, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the inventory of vehicles transferred to municipal districts of RT for the period 2009-2013.

       On January 15th, 2014 Institute of Economy and Finance of Kazan Federal University (former KSFEI ) held single qualifying exam for expert in self-regulatory organizations of appraisers. Today Institute is the first and, so far, the one in Tatarstan and one of the few in Russia, that  received Rosreestr’s accreditation in this specialty .

       On January 14th, 2014 the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on acquisition of living quarters in 2014 for subsequent providing them to orphans and children left without parental care, also persons from the number of orphans and parentless children.

       On January 14th, 2014 a meeting on the land reclassification process with  intention to extend the SEZ "Alabuga" was held  at the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the first Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov.

       Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan executed the Program for providing orphan children, children without parental support, and also persons from among orphan children and children without parental support, by premises of specialized housing stock according to employment contracts of specialized premises in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013 following the results of which the Republic of Tatarstan in property 265 premises for total amount of 246 899 797,26 rub are acquired.

       Today the Deputy Minister Farita Mussina hold a meeting on a question of further functioning of State Unitary Enterprise Nizhnekamsk Autoenterprise of Sanitary Transport of Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT. At the meeting it was defined that a main objective of events regagding the reorganization of State Unitary Enterprise Nizhnekamsk Autoenterprise of Sanitary Transport of Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan is effective functioning of station of an emergency medical service in Nizhnekamsk. The draft of the order of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan about reorganization of the specified enterprise, the remarks to it, the Republic of Tatarstan given by the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT was also considered.
