        Effective 25.12.2013, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 24 143 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 4 950, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 2 944 of applicants.

       For control of legality, efficiency and target use of the state property and the ground areas which are in property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out 43 checks of use of the state property, including 39 checks of use of property by public institutions in the second half of the year 2013.

       Throughout enlarged meeting of Board of "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" non-profit partnership on December 24, 2013 passed discussion by appraisers of a number of perspective projects for the republic. In particular, the President of Partnership Andrey Lisichkin, according to proposals of members of the Union of appraisers of RT, prepared a presentation that declared the vector directions for estimated community. They cover the main price zones of Tatarstan and, in process of realization, will allow to find the compromise solutions considering interests of the state, business and big customers of an assessment.       

       24.12.2013 the First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov held meeting with participation of representatives of Investigative management of Committee of inquiry of Russia across the Republic of Tatarstan, Prosecutor's offices of the Republic of Tatarstan and 12 municipal areas of the republic.

       Since 01.01.2014 the Federal law of 05.04.2013 No. 44-FZ "On contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" comes into force. In this regard practice of purchases of the budgetary establishments will change, in particular the new law will allow the budgetary establishment to observe at the same time two modes of purchases.

       Purchases at the expense of means of the subsidies which have been given out on performance of state tasks, will be carried out by rules of the Law about contract system, and purchase at the expense of grants, at the expense of independently earned means, - within the Federal law of 18.07.2011 No. 223-FZ.

       Today under the chairmanship of the First Deputy minister Sergey Demidov meeting of the commission on consideration of questions of transfer to municipal property of the real estate which is in property of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan. Members of the commission together with representatives of Chambers of the property and land relations considered 7 offers of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on transfer of real estate in municipal property.

       From December 17 to December 19, 2013 Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan held a specialized training seminar on standards and practice of corporate governance for representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan in governing bodies and control of joint-stock companies by the state share and independent directors, the elected to structure of board of directors from shares in authorized capitals of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       On December 18, 2013 meeting of a certifying commission of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT on certification of 16 civil civil servants on compliance to posts of the public civil service on the basis of an assessment of their professional office activity took place. Besides, some civil servants passed a qualification examination for the purpose of assignment of a cool rank by it. 

       Effective 18.12.2013, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 23 991 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 4 936, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 2 944 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 23 862. In Kazan 2 166 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 318 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       During enlarged meeting of Board of "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" non-profit partnership the number of questions, actual for all estimated community of the republic was considered on December 18, 2013.  

        In particular, the presentation of pilot version of multilisting system of monitoring of the market of real estate (MLS) took place.According to Cooperation agreements and interaction between Guild of realtors of RT and the Union of appraisers of RT work on MLS modification for formation of republican base of an assessment was carried out. The modified MLS becomes the effective tool at an assessment of material assets and a basis for creation of system of price zoning. The full version of system is supposed to commissioning in 1 quarter 2014.
