       Today representatives Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT: the head of department of property Fanis Safin, the deputy chief of department of use of the state property Nikolay Kudryavtsev together with the chairman of public organization "Association of mothers with many children, trustees of children without parental support of Sovetsky district of Kazan "Shefkat" Raisa Usmanova examined not used rooms in the building to the address: New Azinskaya 2, that were earlier offered for moving to public organizations. 

       Last Saturday, the game of 1/8 finals on basketball took place on december 14, 2013, within the Sports contest of civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan in "Tezuche" sport center. In this game the team of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT met a team of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

       13.12.2013 the next meeting on a question of placement of automobile gas-filling compressor stations in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan according to a state program was held under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov.

       Yesterday, on December 12 of this year, from 12.00 till 20.00 o'clock on the Constitution day of the Russian Federation in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan passed the All-Russian day of a reception of citizens.

        Questions of citizens were very different: questions of rent of the ground areas and real estate objects for development of business activity, privatization of premises and other statements concerning activity Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT.

       On December 11, 2013 in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the First Deputy minister Sergey Demidov the meeting on an acquisition question in 2014 in property of the Republic of Tatarstan of premises for the subsequent granting to their orphan children and children without parental support, persons from among orphan children and children without parental support took place.

       In 2013 acquisition of apartments for orphan children and persons from their number was carried out under the Resolution YOU Russian Federation of 25.09.2012 No. 5128/12, action of the Federal law No. 94-FZ on acquisition of real estate objects didn't extend of 21.07.2005.

       On December 11, 2013 in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the First Deputy minister Sergey Demidov the meeting on a question of modification of documents of territorial planning of the Laishevsky municipal area and development of the site planning "City SMART Kazan" took place.

       In pursuance of article 21 of the Federal law No. 161-FZ "On the state and municipal unitary enterprises", and also resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 496, 10 of December 2013 the second stage attestation of a type of interview with members the Certifying commission which part were on one representative from the branch ministries, and also representatives of the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan and Federation of Labor unions of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. 

       Certifications were subject heads of 13 enterprises. The first stage of certification in the form of testing was carried out on November 28, 2013.  During the second stage of certification in the form of interview by heads of the unitary enterprises the main objectives, kinds of activity and functions of public authorities which are carried out by the unitary enterprises were sounded.  The certifying commission considered programs of development of the enterprises and results of financial and economic activity for the last 3 years. 

       Today, 11.12.2013, in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting took place on a question of need of release of the building of the two-storeyed building situated Kazan, Hassan Tufan St., 33, being property of the Republic of Tatarstan, in connection with recognition its emergency and to granting to the non-profit organizations, used this building of other rooms.

       In work of meeting S. H. Saburskaya, representatives of the state autonomous healthcare institution "City clinical hospital No. 16" of Kazan, "Svetlana Izambayeva's" charity foundation took part the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan.

        For identification of empty, not used, inadequate used real estate objects (the ground areas, buildings and rooms) municipalities will carry out the promo auction "National Inventory" with involvement of the public and use of experience of Kazan.

       10.12.2013 the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax income within the eleven months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev, Minister of Land and Property Relations RT.

       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry within above mentioned period 1 500 740 billion rubles of non-tax income came into budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of government property and ground areas. Thus within the eleven months of the present year the budget task is accomplished to 138,7%.
