Today, Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin held a regular meeting on taxation of land plots with the type of permitted use of individual housing construction owned by legal entities and individuals. The meeting was attended by the head of the Chamber of Land and Property affairs and heads of some rural settlements of the Zelenodolsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan announced an auction for the rights to conclude contracts of property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, free from the rights of third parties and intended to be provided on the right of ownership and (or) use on a long-term basis and on preferential terms to small and medium-sized entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as SMEs) and the organization that forms the infrastructure for supporting SMEs ”.

The lease term is 6 years

The rent is:

- in the first year of rent - 0 percent;

- in the second year of the lease - 0 percent;

- in the third year of lease - 25 percent;

- in the fourth year of the lease - 50 percent;

- in the fifth year - 75 percent;

- in the sixth and subsequent years of lease - 100 percent of the amount of the fee established based on the results of the assessment of the cost of renting property.

Special purpose:

- for the production, processing or marketing of agricultural products;

- for the production of food and industrial goods, consumer goods, medicines and medical products;

- for the provision of communal and household services to the population;

- for the development of culture;

- for the development of folk arts and crafts;

- for the construction and reconstruction of social facilities;

- to carry out activities in the field of health care;

- for the development of physical education and sports;

- to carry out activities in the field of education;

- for the development of domestic tourism;

- for engaging in socially significant activities, other established state programs (subprograms) of the Russian Federation, state programs (subprograms) of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, municipal programs (subprograms) priority activities.

At the meeting of the Board of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, changes were made to the structure of the Supervisory Board of the Partnership. By prior agreement, it was proposed to approve the following candidates for the Supervisory Board:

- Ramil Rashitovich Notfullin, Head of the Collateral Examination Department of AK BARS BANK PJSC;

- Elena Yuryevna Titova, Head of the Department of the Center for Regional Pledge Expertise No. 2, SBERBANK PJSC.

On December 3, 2020 in the mode of videoconferencing, employees of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a meeting with the heads of the Executive Committees of the municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan on land issues, organized by the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by First Deputy Minister Artur Galiev, acting Deputy Minister Tagir Khusnutdinov, heads of structural divisions of the Ministry Ezhe Abdullina, Almaz Mubarakov, Zulfat Galyautdinov, as well as deputy head of the department of Federal service of state registration, cadaster and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Kostin. The participants of the meeting in the video conferencing mode considered the issues of coordinating the inclusion of land plots within the boundaries of settlements, changing the category and permitted use of agricultural land, establishing the minimum size of land plots used for individual housing construction, maintaining personal subsidiary plots and issues related to the development and approval of documents territorial planning and urban planning zoning of municipalities.

Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 12, 2020 No. 1816 approved a new List of cases in which a construction permit is not required for the construction, reconstruction of a capital construction facility. Such cases, in particular, include the construction, reconstruction of water pipelines and water pipelines with a diameter of up to 500 mm, linear drainage structures with a diameter of up to 1000 mm, roads of IV and V categories, local streets, local roads, passages of the street and road network of rural settlements, pedestrian streets and city squares, park roads, driveways, cycle paths, as well as construction, reconstruction of a number of other objects.

The list of cases in which the preparation of documentation for the planning of the territory is not required for the construction, reconstruction of a linear facility has also been updated

Today, Artur Galiev, First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a regular meeting via videoconference (ZOOM) on the progress of the inventory of ownerless hydraulic structures located in the Republic of Tatarstan.
