On September 2, 2020, the Tatarstan Oil and Gas Chemical Forum - 2020, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, was opened on the territory of the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center.

The working meeting under the chairmanship of Minister Fanil Agliullin on the issue of registration of rights to land plots located on the territory of garden non-profit partnerships was held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of Chairman of the Board of the Union of Gardeners of Tatarstan V.F. Deinekin, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan R.R. Khabipov and chairmen of Laishevsky and Pestrechinsky branches of the Union of Gardeners Tatarstan.

At the meeting, issues related to horticultural non-profit partnerships were considered, also agreements on further joint actions on issues of registration of rights to land plots were reached.

On August 31, 2020, Rustem Shameev, Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a video conference on the implementation of the legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan on the state languages ​​of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Vasil Shaykhraziev. On the agenda of the meeting, the issue of the implementation of the legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan on the state languages ​​of the Republic of Tatarstan following the results of work for July 2020 was considered.

In the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, work on the implementation of the legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan on state languages ​​is carried out within the framework of the State Program Preservation, Study and Development of State Languages ​​of the Republic of Tatarstan and Other Languages ​​in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2022

And so, in order to implement the legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan on the state languages, the website of the Ministry is designed in two state languages ​​and is constantly filled with content in the Tatar language. In particular, the news published on the site is completely duplicated in the Tatar language, all published and published normative legal acts have also been translated into the Tatar language. Answers to appeals of citizens and organizations received in the Tatar language are given in the Tatar language.

Information signs and stands in the two state languages ​​of the Republic of Tatarstan have been installed in the lobby and in the room where citizens are received by the employees of the Ministry.

The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Fanil Agliullin, held a meeting via videoconference with the participation of representatives of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan and large agricultural formations on the issue of registration of land plots under cemeteries owned by legal entities.

According to the updated data, there are 3,667 cemeteries in the Republic of Tatarstan as of August 31, 2020 (3,269 formalized, 398 not completed), under which 4,181 sites are subject to registration. Of these, 3,739 (89%) have been issued to date, 11% - 442 plots have not been completed, of which 61 plots are owned by legal entities in 19 districts, which prevents their registration.

Registration of land plots under cemeteries located on privately owned land has some difficulties.

For land plots of legal entities, the situation is as follows:

For 29 plots it is necessary to obtain approvals from the owners (5 - in pledge).

On 11 land plots, an agreement has been reached - work is underway to put it on cadastral registration.

For 2 plots, agreements on transfer to municipal ownership are being signed.

For 19 plots the issue has not yet been resolved due to the fact that plots are in the bankruptcy estate (mainly plots of Leader CJSC).

The placement of cemeteries on private land is not allowed.

There are no grounds for the seizure of plots under cemeteries in the legislation (Article 49 of the Labor Code of Russian Federation).

The only option for registration is the donation by the owner of the plots to the municipal property.

At the meeting, they considered the situation in each district separately, listened to speeches by representatives of the districts, discussed problematic issues and ways to solve them.

Alexandra Yakimovna thanked the leadership of the Ministry for their attention and care and expressed her gratitude to the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
