The meeting on determining the location of borders between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Kirov region held in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of acting Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Tagir Khusnutdinov.
To speedily coordinate the border with the neighboring Kirov region, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the State Budgetary Institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” was instructed to find archival materials and historical documents.
The meeting was attended by senior officials of Kukmorsky, Baltasinsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan and representatives of the State Budgetary Institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
On December 25, 2019, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan appointed an auction in electronic form for the sale of the premises, purpose: non-residential premises, with a total area of 1052.2 sq. Yesterday, the meeting of the certification commission of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on certification of 3 state civil servants for compliance with the occupied positions of the state civil service was held.
According to the general opinion of the members of the certification commission, all state civil servants are well aware of the regulatory documents and official regulations, they answered questions professionally and convincingly.
According to the results of the unanimous vote of the certification commission, all certified employees correspond to their positions.
The meeting of the interagency working group chaired by acting Deputy Minister Tagir Khusnutdinov on the creation of the republican state information system for urban development in the Republic of Tatarstan and on the digitization of topographic tablets held in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting consisted of two parts. In the first part, organizational issues related to the creation of a republican state information system for urban development in the Republic of Tatarstan were considered: the composition of the participants in a specialized working group and the principle of interaction between government bodies and other institutions when creating a republican state information system for urban development were discussed. The participants also got acquainted with the list of documents that should be part of the republican state information system for urban development in accordance with the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 363 of 06/09/2006. "On information support for urban development."
In the second part of the meeting, the participants discussed the problems of digitizing topographic tablets and the current state of maintaining information on the location of utility networks. Today, a meeting under the chairmanship of Minister Fanil Agliullin with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the consideration of the draft Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic Tatarstan “On approval of the Methodology for calculating payment for the placement of communication facilities, communication networks and electronic equipment at facilities that are I state and municipal property" was held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The proposal of the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan on the development of a unified approach to calculating the rent for the placement of cellular communications equipment at state and municipal property is considered. In addition, the experience of Moscow and the Moscow region in providing premises for the placement of base cellular stations was studied. The Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan made recommendations on the proposed methodology. During the meeting, it was decided to conduct an additional analysis of this market segment in the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to work on the development and approval of territorial planning documents for municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan. Today, under the chairmanship of the Acting Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Tagir Khusnutdinov meetings together with representatives of the State Budgetary Institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”, Zelenodolsky and Buinsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan were held. The meetings discussed issues of development and coordination of territorial planning documents of the above municipal regions.
In the framework of the work carried out by the State Budgetary Institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” on the creation and maintenance of a catalog of the names of geographical objects of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Tatar language, differences and discrepancies in some names of geographical objects of the republic were revealed together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
To date, on the basis of archival documents and materials confirming the establishment of the names of settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan, changes have been made to the State catalog of geographical names in relation to the names of 12 settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan:
the village of Oshnyak Alekseevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan;
Salkyn Chishma village, Almetyevsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan;
Karatun village, Apastovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan;
the village of the Karatun railway station of the Apastovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan;
the village of Karatunsky grain reception point of the Apastovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan;
the village of Tatarskaya Dymskaya in the Bugulminsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan;
the village of Aleshkin-Saplyk of the Drozhzhanovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan;
Syukeyevsky village Vzvoz Kamsky-Ustyinsky municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan;
Enikey Chishma village, Mamadyshsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan;
the village of Kuyuk Eryksa of the Mamadysh municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan;
the village of Su-Elga of the Mamadysh municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan;
The village of the First Brigade of the farm of the Nurlatsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As of November 30, 2019, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 427.72 million rubles. The budget assignment before the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of November 30, 2019 was fulfilled by 73.1%.
In the context of articles, the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of November 30, 2019 received:
from property rental - 89.0 million rubles. - the plan is implemented by 146.4%;
from land lease –74.1 million rubles. - the plan is implemented by 106.1%;
from servitude - 3.0 million rubles. - the plan is implemented by 136.5%;
from the sale of property - 46.0 million rubles. - the plan is completed by 184.1%;
from trust management - 56.7 million rubles –– the plan is 90.4% fulfilled;
Dividends - 113.6 million rubles - the plan is implemented by 84.5%;
part of the net profit of state unitary enterprises - 36.5 million rubles - the plan is implemented by 129.1%.
