10/25/2019 at the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the meeting on amending the technical characteristics of storm sewer networks of Universiade 2013 sports facilities (Indoor swimming pool on Kul Gali St., Boxing Center on D. Fayzi st., SC "Vatan" on Chuikova St., SC "Triumph" on O. Koshevy St.), transferred to the ownership of the municipality of Kazan was held under the chairmanship of First Deputy Minister Artur Galiyev with the participation of interested parties.

Based on the results of the meeting, it was decided that the Committee for External Beautification of the Executive Committee of the municipal formation of the city of Kazan together with JSC Bureau of Technical Inventory and the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan have a commissioned trip to inspect and draw up an inspection report on Networks.

On October 24, 2019, as part of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan dated March 22, 2010 No. UP-156 “On measures to develop a system of providing legal assistance and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan”, the Republican Information and Consulting Group visited the Novosheshminsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, training on the basis of the autonomous non-profit organization of higher education, Innopolis University, has begun on the program of continuing education - the advanced training program “CDO (Chief Data Officer) - data-based management”, which will take place in three stages:

- from October 24 to October 26, 2019 (the first full-time module);

- from October 27 to November 19, 2019 (the remote module required for mastering the program and preparing group projects);

- from November 20 to 22, 2019 (second full-time module).

Training is conducted in the form of streaming lectures and practical exercises - in the form of master classes, group work, workshops, etc.

As part of the team of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, 20 employees take part in the training.

On October 23, 2019, the meeting on the creation of an integrated remote monitoring system was held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev, representatives of the state budgetary institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”, representatives of the state budgetary institution “Center for State Cadastral Assessment”, representatives of autonomous non-profit organization of higher education “Innopolis University”.

Today, President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting on the results of the activities of small oil companies of the republic for 9 months of 2019 and tasks before the end of the year.

The work was attended by the General Director of PJSC TATNEFT Nail Maganov, Assistant of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Shafagat Takhautdinov, heads of small oil companies, representatives of republican ministries and departments, federal structures.

Rustam Minnikhanov noted that according to the results of the 3rd quarter of this year, the republic maintained positive oil production dynamics - the growth was 2.2% compared to the same period last year (the average growth in Russia was 1.9%). Over 9 months, Tatarstan produced 27 million 461 thousand tons of oil, which is 580 thousand tons more than a year earlier. Of these volumes, 22 million 107 thousand tons are accounted for by Tatneft, 5 million 353 thousand tons - to small oil companies.

In accordance with Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-FZ “On State Cadastral Assessment”, the results of the state cadastral valuation of lands water fund, forest fund, lands of specially protected territories and objects of the Republic of Tatarstan were approved by the order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 10.10.2019 No. 3087-r.

The order of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 01.10.2019 No. 3087-r “On approval of the results of the state cadastral valuation of lands of the water fund, forest fund, lands of specially protected territories and objects of the Republic of Tatarstan” was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on October 21, 2019 with No. 5832.

10/21/2019 Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin took part in the joint meeting of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Commission for the consideration of applications for conclusion of agreements on the implementation of activities in the territories of the advanced social and economic development of Chistopol. The event was held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting participants considered two new investment projects.

The Soyuz company presented a project for the construction of a confectionery factory for the production of cakes on the territory of Chistopol territory of advanced social and economic development. Project curator Sergei Chernukha said that the Russian confectionery market is considered one of the largest in the world. Over the past 5 years, the production of confectionery products in the country has grown by more than 11%. The Soyuz company is oriented both to the domestic market and to export products. As part of the project, it is planned to create 125 new jobs.

The Eltech company plans to build a plant in Chistopol for the production of electrical products and components. The main area of activity is the manufacture of electronic components (printed circuit board) and inkjet generators (piezoelectric transducer with wires). Certified production, equipped with modern equipment, will allow you to fulfill orders at any level in a short time. The main customers of the products are companies in the field of electronics from Tatarstan, Rostov and Moscow regions. Component suppliers are manufacturers of reliable components or their official distributors in Russia. The project plans to create 44 jobs.

10/18/2019 at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the meeting chaired by acting Deputy Minister Tagir Khusnutdinov on the issue of discussing a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan “On approving the Standard for the development of draft master plans for settlements of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan” was held. The meeting was attended by representatives of the state budgetary institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Committee of the Republic Tatarstan Biological Resources, Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the meeting, representatives listened to the comments and suggestions of departments on the draft resolution being developed.

On October 19, 2019, the Republic hosted the traditional environmental action “Clean Tatarstan Forests”. As part of this action, the Day of Forest Harvesting was held.

Employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in cleaning the territory of the forest fund of the Stolbischensky district forestry of the State Public Institution "Suburban Forestry". Representatives of all structural divisions of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the cleaning of the forest.

According to the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, more than 400 people took part in the event. In total, about 200 cubic meters of municipal solid waste and fallen treeswere collected by the participants of the action on this site.
