The project provides for the provision of a deferred payment of rent, or the possibility of early termination of lease agreements without the application of penalties.

The installment period has been extended to 90 days from the end of mobilization in order to provide the tenant with the opportunity to rehabilitate. In addition, the delay is extended for the period of stay in hospitals, hospitals, and other medical organizations for treatment of injuries, injuries, diseases received during the performance of tasks during the period of mobilization. Specific terms of debt payments are not fixed, they can be determined for each specific case.

Today, the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev held a "Lesson of Digital" at the Chuteevskaya secondary school of the Kaibitsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan. The topic of the lesson is "New Digital Art". The Deputy Minister told schoolchildren how digital transformation, new digital technologies and new approaches open up unprecedented opportunities even in such a “purely human” sphere as art.
