Today, Fanil Agliullin held a regular working meeting at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on the implementation of measures to create a federal state information system "Unified Digital Platform" National System of Spatial Data "in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The event was attended by representatives of departments involved in the implementation of the National System of Spatial Data: Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in Tatarstan, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Protection of Cultural Heritage Objects, the State Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan for Biological Resources.

The meeting participants considered the possibility of integrating information systems of regional executive authorities, local governments and other information systems into the Federal State Information System “Unified Digital Platform “National System of Spatial Data” (FSIS EDS NSPD).

The Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr) organized a meeting on the creation of the National Spatial Data System, which was attended by the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin, his deputy Maxim Rogozhkin, Deputy Head of the Office of Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography for the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Kostin, First Deputy Ruslan Komarov, director of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan", as well as representatives of other state authorities of Tatarstan.

The Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan held an interview with a candidate for the Youth Government of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Osipov. The interview was attended by Deputy Minister of Land and Property Rustem Shameev and Deputy Minister for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Alla Kondratyeva. During the conversation, Alexei Osipov's social project to provide housing for orphans was comprehensively considered. It was noted that the Republic of Tatarstan is one of the leading regions in the Russian Federation in providing housing for orphans. At the same time, the acute problem of the socialization of young people who have received apartments but are not ready for independent living needs to be addressed.

Today, Fanil Agliullin at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan held a videoconference meeting  on the issue of establishing the border between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Udmurt Republic.

On September 16, under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev, the Ministry hosted a methodological seminar on archival matters "Modern Archive", organized by the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Archiving and the State Budgetary Institution "State Archive of the Republic of Tatarstan". The seminar was attended by specialists responsible for archival management of five subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as " Bureau of Technical Inventory " JSC and the ministry itself.

Issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.

On September 15, as part of participation in the XI St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, the Minister of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Fanil Agliullin, visited the Committee for Property affairs of St. Petersburg. During this visit, the business meeting via videoconference between the leadership of the Committee for Property affairs of St. Petersburg, headed by acting. Chairman of the Committee Kirill Fedorov and the leadership of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was held. During this meeting, the parties exchanged experience on issues of land relations, trust management of property complexes, provision of housing for orphans, digitalization of state property management and a number of other topical issues in the field of land and property relations. At the end of the meeting, the parties noted that it was productive and there is a need to continue contacts in order to exchange experience on the management of state property.

Today, Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Maxim Rogozhkin spoke at a meeting of the Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government with the presentation of the Agreement on establishing the location of the border between the subjects of the Russian Federation - the Republic of Tatarstan and the Republic of Mari El of August 12, 2022.

Work on establishing the border with Mari El began at the end of 2019.

Until mid-2020, the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" carried out work to collect the necessary cartographic material and create a primary project for crossing the border.

The length of the border was 334 km, initially 44 areas of significant divergence of borders were identified.

Negotiations of the working groups began in mid-2020, joint visits were carried out to establish the nodal point of the borders of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republic of Mari El, the Kirov Region and to the border section near the city of Volzhsk of the Republic of Mari El.

In order to organize property support for small and medium-sized businesses, as part of the implementation of the provisions of Article 18 of the Federal Law "On the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation", the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan approved a list of state property (hereinafter - the List) for provision on the right of possession and (or) use on a long-term basis and on favorable terms to small and medium-sized businesses and posted on the official website of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. Every year, until the first of November, the List is replenished with objects by at least 10 percent.

The State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" received cartographic materials from the departmental fund of spatial data of Roslesinforg, namely, the borders of forestries in the territory of Tatarstan and the borders of forest quarters. The possibility of online obtaining data from Roslesinforg on the basis of 431-ФЗ appeared recently. The application can be filled out on the Foundation's website and signed with an electronic signature.
