The actual and fascinating topic of the lesson - drones, unmanned vehicles and underwater vehicles aroused great interest among the children.

The thirty-fourth meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the sixth convocation took place today. The agenda, according to the decision of the Presidium, included 28 issues, among which the approval of the Agreement on establishing the location of the border between the subjects of the Russian Federation - the Republic of Tatarstan and the Republic of Mari El of August 12, 2022 No. 40 was considered. The agreement was presented to the deputies by the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin. Earlier, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was entrusted with carrying out work to determine the border of the republic. The State Budgetary Institution “Space Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” was appointed the direct executor of the work by order of the Ministry.

Work to determine the border with the Republic of Mari El has been carried out since the end of 2019. Zelenodolsky, Vysokogorsky, Atninsky, Arsky and Baltasinsky regions of the Republic of Tatarstan are located on the border (from the side of the Republic of Mari El - the city of Volzhsk, Volzhsky, Morkinsky and Mari-Tureksky regions). The length of the border is 334 kilometers.

Today, the next monthly joint meeting of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" and the executive committees of the municipal districts of the republic on the preparation of urban planning documentation was held. Deputy Minister of Land and Property Maxim Rogozhkin, representatives of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan joined through the videoconferencing.

According to the specialists of the State Budgetary Institution " Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan ", at present, 10 general plans and 33 land use and building regulations of rural settlements have been approved, but have not yet been entered into the cadastral register - this prevents the timely establishment of the boundaries of settlements and territorial zones in the Unified state register of real estate. The participants also discussed the progress of work on establishing the boundaries of settlements by amending the schemes of territorial planning of districts. Currently, work is underway in 26 districts (868 settlements), 304 borders of the localities have been sent to the Cadastral Chamber, of which 188 are included in the Unified state register of real estate.

Today, within the framework of the Kazan Digital Week 2022 International Forum, Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev took part in the I International Scientific and Practical Conference "Digital Technologies and Law".

The second day of the International Forum Kazan Digital Week has opened in Kazan Expo. This year, in addition to the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, representatives of Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Malaysia and others are taking part in the event. In total, about 13 thousand people from 32 countries were declared to participate.

An exhibition of over 200 projects in the IT field is taking place at the event site. In total, the forum will cover 10 thematic areas. Among them are intelligent transport systems, digital technologies in the field of public administration, digital industry 4.0, cybersecurity, fintech ecosystem, digital technologies in healthcare and medicine, education, culture and agriculture.

As of September 21, 2022, according to the projects prepared by the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, 73 resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan were adopted on the transfer of 629 land plots with a total area of about 1190.66 hectares from the category of agricultural land to the category suitable for construction, for entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan, including among small and medium-sized businesses, in order to locate quarries, communication facilities, road services, oil production and other industrial facilities.
