The meeting with a representative of TATNEFT PJSC was held at the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In accordance with the decision of the Board of the NP “Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan”, a private appraiser Zakirov Ruslan Gadelevich was admitted to the ranks of the Union.

Earlier, in the anniversary year for the Union, members of the non-profit organization that unites appraisers from the regions of Tatarstan, Udmurtia, Tomsk region, Moscow, became Independent Appraisal LLC (Naberezhnye Chelny), private appraiser Mukhametgalieva Gulnaz Faritovna (Zelenodolsk).

Fanil Agliullin, Minister of Land and Property of Tatarstan, reported on the current state of state and municipal unitary enterprises at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the meeting via video link.

At the end of the second quarter, 10 state and 114 municipal unitary enterprises were registered in the republic. As Fanil Agliullin noted, all 10 state unitary enterprises are operating, while 9 of them are profitable in the 2nd quarter of 2022. As for the results of the work of municipal unitary enterprises, out of 114, 91 are operating. According to the analysis, the number of unprofitable state unitary enterprises for the first half of this year amounted to 43 units - 47.2% of the total number of operating state unitary enterprises. Compared to the first half of 2021, their number has slightly decreased (by 4 units).

Issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.

The meeting under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev on the issue of automating the process of inventorying unused real estate was held. Representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan, state budgetary institution "Center of Economic and Social Research under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan" took part in the meeting via videoconferencing. The participants considered the issues of changing the regulatory framework for accounting for unused real estate objects and their involvement in economic turnover, as well as automating the process of accounting and inventorying such objects.

At the next weekly meeting of representatives of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan", the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography and the branch of the Federal Cadastral Chamber in the Republic of Tatarstan, they discussed the progress of work on amending the territorial planning schemes of municipal districts.

The meeting with representatives of the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University was held at the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan". The parties discussed issues of cooperation between institutions, attracting students, trainees, and graduate students to practice and the possibility of internships. The participants also thanked each other and shared positive feedback about the graduates working in the fund.

The Committee for awarding the Prize of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for contribution to the development of civil society institutions continues to accept documents for the Prize.

Today, a meeting under the chairmanship of Minister Fanil Agliullin to simplify the procedures for submitting land plots for the implementation of large-scale investment project was held at the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. Assistant of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev, representatives of the Agryzsky municipal district and the Tatarstan investment development agency took part in the discussion of the issue via videoconferencing.

On September 2, 2022, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" to discuss the schedule for including forest settlements located on the lands of the forest fund into the boundaries of settlements, as well as on the issue of the amount of funding required for the preparation of territorial planning documents with the subsequent setting of the boundaries of settlements for cadastral registration.
