The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan announced auctions for the right to conclude lease agreements for property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, free from the rights of third parties, with the exception of the right of economic management, the right of operational management, as well as the property rights of small and medium-sized businesses, intended to be provided on the right of ownership and (or) use on a long-term basis and on preferential terms to small and medium-sized businesses and organizations that form the infrastructure for supporting small and medium-sized businesses, as well as during the period of the experiment established by Federal Law No. 422 of November 27, 2018 -ФЗ “On conducting an experiment to establish a special tax regime “Tax on professional income”, for individuals who are not individual entrepreneurs and apply a special tax regime “Tax on professional income”

Today, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on the issue of imposing zones of minimum distances for main pipelines on residential buildings. A competition for research work has been announced in the state body.

The head of the department promptly sent a notice of the possibility of a conflict of interest and instructed the department employee, who is a member of the competition commission, to refrain from participating in the consideration of the institute's application.

According to the regulation, the department reviews and approves reporting documents reflecting information on the volume of work performed in order to ensure further acceptance of work from the contractor and payment for the work performed.

The wife of the head of the department holds a position at the institute, in connection with which she receives a salary from the institute, as well as remuneration for managing research work carried out in accordance with the concluded state contract.

The participation of subordinates of the head of the department in the evaluation of the application of the institute at the stage of competitive procedures and further approval by the head of the department of the documents on the basis of which the acceptance and payment of the work performed by the institute is carried out affects the income of the organization with which the spouse of the head of the department is connected by property relations, which forms his personal interest .

This personal interest may affect the objectivity and impartiality of the performance by an official of his duties in the exercise of his official powers, which, in accordance with Article 10 of Federal Law No. 273-FZ, indicates that he has a conflict of interest.

On April 13, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 2, 2022 № 575 “On the specifics of the preparation, approval, approval, extension of the validity of territory planning documentation, urban planning plans for land plots, the issuance of permits for the construction of capital construction facilities, permits for commissioning” came into force .

According to the resolution, the period of validity of permits for the construction of capital construction facilities, which expire from April 13, 2022 to August 1, 2022, is extended by one year.

If in the period from April 13, 2022 to January 1, 2023 one and a half years expire from the date of issue of the town-planning plan of the land plot, on the basis of which the project documentation has been prepared, or from the date of approval of the territory planning project, on the basis of which the project documentation has been prepared, during examination of the specified relevant project documentation, an assessment is made of its compliance with the requirements specified in part 5.2 of article 49 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, in force on the date of issue of the town-planning plan of the land plot or approval of the territory planning project, on the basis of which the relevant project documentation was prepared.

On the eve of the 77th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Council of Veterans of the Ministry, organized a festive sightseeing tour of the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan for labor veterans. Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.
