Today, via videoconference, the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin took part in the meeting on the issue of entering into the Unified State Register of Real Estate information about the borders between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, in respect of which disputed areas of territories were identified.
In accordance with the Regulations on the Electronic Board of Honor, 15 state civil servants have been identified to be entered on the Electronic Board of Honor of state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2022. The decision was made taking into account the formed rating of candidates.
The rating of candidates was formed according to the approved Methodology for assessing the professional and personal qualities of civil servants recommended for inclusion on the Electronic Board of Honor of civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan. The main purpose of creating the Electronic Board of Honor is to increase the prestige of the civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and public recognition of merits in the professional performance of civil servants of the republic.
The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin held a videoconference meeting on issues in the field of land and property.
During the meeting, the participants considered problematic issues related to registration of land plots under cemeteries.
There are 3,660 cemeteries in the Republic of Tatarstan, which are located on 4,224 land plots, of which: 4,033 are registered, 191 are not.

Since the beginning of 2022, 2 resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan have been adopted on the transfer of category 6 sites.
At the meeting, it was noted that to date, work on the registration of sites has been completed in 6 municipal districts. These are Arsky, Buinsky, Zainsky, Pestrechinsky, Sarmanovsky and Cheremshansky municipal districts.
The next issue at the meeting was the results of the inventory of hydraulic structures, which was carried out jointly with municipalities and state supervision bodies. In total, 926 hydraulic structures were identified on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, of which -
57 hydraulic structures are ownerless. These properties are currently being registered.
In order to organize property support for small and medium-sized businesses, as part of the implementation of the provisions of Article 18 of the Federal Law "On the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation", the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan approved a list of state property (hereinafter referred to as the List) for provision on the right of possession and (or) use on a long-term basis and on favorable terms to small and medium-sized businesses and posted on the official website of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. Every year, until the first of November, the List is replenished with objects by at least 10 percent.
To date, small and medium-sized businesses use 19 real estate objects from the List located in Kazan, Aznakayevo, Bugulma, Almetievsk, Avlash village of Tukaevsky municipal district.
The term of the lease agreement is 6 years
The rent is:
– in the first two years of the lease – 0 percent;
– in the third year of the lease – 25 percent;
– in the fourth year of the lease – 50 percent;
– in the fifth year of the lease – 75 percent.
Special purpose:
– for the production, processing or marketing of agricultural products;
– for the production of food and industrial goods, consumer goods, medicines and medical products;
- for the provision of communal and domestic services to the population;
- for the development of culture;
- for the development of folk art crafts;
– for the construction and reconstruction of social facilities;
– to carry out activities in the field of healthcare;
- for the development of physical culture and sports;
- to carry out activities in the field of education;
– for the development of domestic tourism;
- to engage in socially significant activities, other established state programs (subprograms) of the Russian Federation, state programs (subprograms) of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, municipal programs (subprograms) priority activities.
Today, Director of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Usmanov paid a working visit to Yoshkar-Ola, where he met with the Minister of Construction and Architecture of the Republic of Mari El Mikhail Stepanov.
Yesterday the meeting with the leadership of the Republic of Mordovia was held via videoconferencing.
The main topic for discussion was cooperation within the framework of establishing the boundaries of regions and preparing urban planning documents. The participants agreed on a trip of specialists from the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan to Mordovia to analyze the current situation along the borders and further exchange experience.
The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin paid a working visit to the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the meeting, the minister walked through the production departments, getting acquainted with the current work carried out by the Foundation. Then a meeting was held with the participation of the leaders of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, where presentations were made on the tasks, plans and promising areas of the institution's activities until 2030. Fanil Agliullin highly appreciated this strategy, instructing to prepare a more detailed work plan and calculation of financing for its implementation, which will subsequently be officially approved.
Today the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan was visited by representatives of the administration of the Chistopolsky municipal district.
The head of the Executive Committee of the Chistopolsky municipal district, Eduard Khasanov, and the head of the department of architecture and urban planning of the district, Andrey Shumilov, took part in a meeting on the development of master plans and the establishment of boundaries for settlements in rural settlements through changes to territorial planning schemes.
Work with youth is an important strategic task of the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan. That is why the personnel management department is actively working to interact with the leading higher educational institutions of the republic to attract students to practice with subsequent employment at the State Budgetary Institution.
So, today 11 students of the Department of Astronomy and Space Geodesy of the Kazan Federal University visited the Faculty of Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, who are planning to undergo an internship in our institution in the main production areas.

The issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.
