Today, Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev took part in a weekly videoconference meeting held by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the participation of representatives of the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Service of Bailiffs for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committee) property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting addressed the following issues: on the reduction of tax arrears and arrears within the framework of the work carried out in accordance with the protocol of the joint board of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Treasury for the Republic of Tatarstan dated 04.01.2021 ПР-3 , on the implementation of measures to reduce arrears on rent for property and land plots, on the consideration of certain regions in which a decrease in receipts from special tax regimes for the 1st quarter of 2021 relative to the same period of 2019, 2020 can be compensated for by the existing arrears (excluding bankrupts) as of March 1, 2021.

As of April 30, 2021, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 155.03 million rubles. The budget target for the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of April 30, 2021 was fulfilled by 39.38%.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan announced an auction for the right to conclude lease agreements for property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, free from the rights of third parties and intended to be provided on the right of ownership and (or) use on a long-term basis and on preferential terms to small and medium-sized entities. entrepreneurship and organizations that form the infrastructure for supporting small and medium-sized businesses

The term of the lease is 6 years

The rent is:

- in the first year of the lease - 0 percent;

- in the second year of the lease - 0 percent;

- in the third year of the lease - 25 percent;

- in the fourth year of the lease - 50 percent;

- in the fifth lease year - 75 percent;

- in the sixth and subsequent years of lease - 100 percent of the amount of the lease payment established based on the results of the assessment of the market value of the property lease.
