Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov made an opening speech.

The Kazan agglomeration includes the Kazan urban district and 5 adjacent municipal districts of the republic. The need for the development of the agglomeration is caused by problems associated with the lagging pace of development of social, engineering, transport infrastructures against the background of high rates of construction of residential real estate on the border of Kazan.

The participants discussed approaches to the development of urban agglomerations, considered an example of creating such a system in the Nizhny Novgorod region, and listened to the opinions of Moscow experts.

In order to strengthen control over the maintenance, operation and readiness of civil defense protective structures which are the property of the Republic of Tatarstan, for their intended use by the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan during the 1st quarter of 2021, field inspections of the civil defense protective structures are planned agreements on rights and obligations in relation to objects and property of civil defense.

To date, employees of the State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" have carried out inspections of 30 civil defense protective structures located in Kazan, Zelenodolsk, Elabuga, Aznakaevsky, Zainsky and Mendeleevsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the checks, special attention was paid to the technical. Also, the documentation was studied in detail, which, in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation of December 15, 2002 No. 583, should be stored in protective structures.

Starting this year, it is no longer necessary to pay a state fee when registering previously acquired rights to real estate objects. We are talking about rights that arose before January 1, 1998, that is, before the entry into force of the Federal Law of July 21, 1997 No. 122-ФЗ "On state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it."

As explained in the Office of Federal service of sate registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan and the branch of Federal Cadastral Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, information about such rights had already been taken into account earlier: Bureau of Technical Inventory - for capital construction objects, committees for land resources and land management - for land plots. These rights are recognized by the state and are considered valid regardless of their registration in the Unified state register of real estate.

As of January 27, 2021, according to the accepted applications from citizens with many children to receive land plots, decisions were made to include 60,822 applicants in the lists, including 14,988 in Kazan and 7,753 applicants in Naberezhniye Chelny.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in March 2021 is holding open auctions for increasing the value with an open form for submitting proposals for the price of selling vehicles in electronic form.  In his address to the population, Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev highlighted the issues of interaction between the Ministry and the Kaibitsky municipal district in the land and property sphere.  He paid great attention to the main directions and topical issues of socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke in detail about the implementation of federal national projects and republican programs in the republic.  In conclusion, the Deputy Minister noted the significant social and political events of the current year and wished the participants of the event further labor achievements and active participation in the public life of the republic.

The state budgetary institution "Republican Property Treasury" held 2 electronic auctions for the sale of movable property of state autonomous institution of health care "Ambulance Station" in Naberezhnye Chelny, which sold 14 vehicles for a total amount of 3,003,200.00 rubles, with an initial price of 1,243  000,00 rubles.

Yesterday, Minister Fanil Agliullin and the head of the Kaibitsky municipal district, Albert Rakhmatullin, took part in a gathering of citizens of the Burundukovskoye rural settlement.

Deputy Head Ramis Khayaliev and heads of social services also took part in the meetings with the population.

The head of the rural settlement Almaz Gainutdinov made a report on the work done on the territory of the settlement in 2020 and on the tasks for 2021, taking into account the means of self-taxation. The head of the municipal district Albert Rakhmatullin spoke in detail about the implementation of targeted programs in the territory of the municipal district.
