Extended qualification exam for appraisers
The Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 4, 2020 No. 440 "On the extension of the validity of permits and other features in relation to licensing activities in 2020" was adopted.
Appendix No. 7 relates to the issue of extending the validity of qualification certificates of appraisers.
Certificates will be extended:
- for those who received qualifications until October 31, 2017- for 6 months;
- those who received qualification certificates for the period from January 1, 2017 to January 31, 2018 - for 3 months.
Re-issuance of previously issued qualification certificates in connection with the extension of their validity is not carried out.
A moratorium on conducting an exam for 6 months has been introduced.
