A regular meeting of the commission under the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on combating corruption took place
On June 17, 2020, the second meeting of the commission under the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on combating corruption was held with the participation of a representative of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, executive director of the non-profit partnership “Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan” Oleg Bulgakov.
The meeting was opened by the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin.
The following issues were considered at the commission:
On activities in the field of orders for the supply of goods, performance of work (rendering of services) for the needs of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, and on control in the field of compliance with budget legislation in 2019.
On the measures taken to prevent corruption in the subordinate organizations of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On the development and implementation of a set of organizational, explanatory and other measures to prevent civil servants from behaving that may be perceived by others as a promise or offer to give a bribe or as consent to accept a bribe or as a request for a bribe.
Consideration of information of PJSC AK BARS Bank on virtual cards of public services of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Consideration of updating the list of posts of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the replacement of which is associated with corruption risks, the replacement of which state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan are required to provide information on income, expenses, property and property obligations for themselves and their members families.
Consideration of clarifications on certain issues related to the application of the Model Regulation on the notification by certain categories of persons of a gift in connection with protocol events, business trips and other official events, participation in which is associated with the performance of their official (official) duties, delivery and evaluation of a gift, sale (redemption) and crediting of the proceeds from its sale, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 9, 2014 No. 10.
Consideration of the review based on the analysis of information submitted by the public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and local authorities in the Republic of Tatarstan on the implementation of anti-corruption measures in 2019.
Consideration of monitoring the effectiveness of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, territorial bodies of federal executive bodies in the Republic of Tatarstan, local authorities of municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, other state bodies and organizations for the implementation of anti-corruption measures in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2019.
Consideration of the summary report on the state of corruption and the implementation of anti-corruption policies in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2019.
