The regular meeting of the commission on compliance with the requirements for official conduct of civil servants and the settlement of conflicts of interest was held
On July 29, 2020, the second meeting of the commission on compliance with the requirements for official conduct of civil servants and the settlement of conflicts of interest of the public took place with the participation of members:
Valentin Paimukhin, Chairman of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan on the Development of Civil Society Institutions and Interaction with Public Councils;
Oleg Bulgakov, member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, executive director of the non-profit partnership Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan;
Roza Shageeva, vice-president of the public organization Economic Society of the Republic of Tatarstan;
Timur Halimdarov, representative of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for Anti-Corruption Policy;
Airat Khairullin, Chief Advisor of the Anti-Corruption Monitoring Department and Chief Advisor of the Anti-Corruption Inspection Department.
The meeting was opened by the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev.
The commission considered the following issues:
Consideration of the results of the analysis of information on income, expenses, property and property obligations of state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, their spouses and minor children for 2017-2019 (materials considered in relation to 16 state civil servants).
Consideration without discussion of the decision of the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan F.A. Agliullin on the recommendations of the Commission of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on compliance with the requirements for official conduct of civil servants and settlement of conflicts of interest in accordance with paragraph 3.26 of the Regulation on the Commission of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on compliance with the requirements for official conduct of public civil servants and the settlement of conflicts of interest.
