Explanations on land and property issues were given to employees of local governments in the mode of video conferencing
On October 14, 202 , a reception for employees of local self-government bodies on the topic Seizure of real estate objects was held by videoconferencing at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan
A number of questions from municipal employees were referred to the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The addressed employees of local self-government bodies were fully explained on the issues of seizure of land plots in municipal ownership, in connection with the termination of a land lease agreement, seizure of land plots in state or municipal ownership for municipal needs, as well as on the extension of contracts lease of land plots to complete the construction of real estate.
On behalf of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the event was attended by the head of the department of legal support of land and property relations of the legal department - Islam Ishmakov.
