Today, the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin held a meeting with the participation of representatives of municipal districts on the issues of registration of ownerless hydraulic structures and land plots under cemeteries.
To date, there are only 927 hydraulic structures on the territory of the republic, incl. 703 are owned by municipalities, 96 are federal, 65 are private and 59 are ownerless. At the meeting in the mode of videoconference with the municipalities, the problematic issues on the registration of the right of municipal ownership of ownerless hydraulic structures were discussed on an object-by-object basis, since the safety of hydraulic structures is carried out by the executive authority of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, on the territory of which this hydraulic structure is located.
During the meeting, issues of registration of land plots under cemeteries were also discussed. According to the updated data, there are 3,662 cemeteries in the Republic of Tatarstan, which are located on 4,225 land plots, of which 227 have not been registered.
To date, 6 municipal districts (Arsky, Buinsky, Zainsky, Pestrechinsky, Sarmanovsky and Cheremshansky) have fully completed the design of plots under the cemeteries.
During the meeting, the areas in which work on registration of land plots under cemeteries is proceeding at a slow pace were considered: Almetyevsky, Bugulminsky, Vysokogorsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Zelenodolsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Menzelinsky and Nizhnekamsky municipal districts.
Following the meeting, Fanil Agliullin instructed the municipalities to speed up work in these areas.
