Amendments to the law on urban planning were adopted
The Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated December 27, 2021 No. 104-ЗРТ "On Amendments to Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On Urban Development in the Republic of Tatarstan "was adopted.
Federal Law No. 408 of December 6, 2021 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation", along with others, amended the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, defining the content of territorial planning schemes for a municipal district.
According to the changes, the composition of the territorial planning scheme of the municipal district has been supplemented with a map of the boundaries of settlements (including the boundaries of formed settlements) located within the boundaries of rural settlements. It has been established that the preparation of such a map is carried out if the representative body of the municipal district makes a decision that there is no need to prepare a master plan for a rural settlement.
Information on the boundaries of settlements located within the boundaries of rural settlements, in the event that the representative body of the municipal district decides that there is no need to prepare a master plan for a rural settlement, is a mandatory annex to the territorial planning scheme of the municipal district.
