Today, the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin took part in the work of the 36th meeting of the Council of the Kaibitsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the head of the district of Albert Rakhmatullin.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Yuri Kamaltov, deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, General Director of the LLC Trading House "Tseolites of the Volga region" Fanil Bagautdinov and chief adviser to the Office of Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan for working with territories Artem Abramov. Deputies, representatives of various institutions of the district, as well as regional, republican, federal departments, cooperating with the Kaybitsky district, were invited to the meeting.
In his speech at a meeting of the Council, Fanil Agliullin briefly informed about the general situation in the country and the republic. The republic has a lot of work on humanitarian support of residents of new constituent entities of the Russian Federation and forced immigrants. Representatives of the business community and caring citizens actively joined this work. The republic in the main macroeconomic indicators retains a leading position among the regions of the Russian Federation. Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov decided to continue in 2023 all republican programs at the past level last year
The minister also raised the issue of protecting the rights of real estate owners. Not all residents of the district have the right to real estate recorded in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. If the owner does not have registration, then he is not fully the owner of his house or land. Fanil Agliullin drew the attention of the administration of the district and the heads of rural settlements to the need to significantly strengthen the work to enter the missing information in the Unified state register of real estate.
At the end of his speech, the minister expressed appreciation to all residents of the district for mutual understanding, support for the leadership of the country and Tatarstan, intense work for the benefit of our country.
The head of the district of Albert Rakhmatullin made a report on the results of the development of the district in 2022 and the tasks for 2023. In particular, he spoke about the work of volunteers with families of mobilized citizens. The head of the district noted that the district has huge potential in the development of tourism and the relevant structures must actively work in this direction. An important component of the region’s economy is still the agro-industrial complex.
