The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan announced an auction for the right to conclude lease agreements for property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, free from the rights of third parties and intended to be provided on the right of ownership and (or) use on a long-term basis and on preferential terms to small and medium-sized entities. entrepreneurship (hereinafter referred to as SMEs) and organizations that form the infrastructure for supporting SMEs ”.

The lease term is 6 years

The rent is:

- in the first year of the lease - 0 percent;

- in the second year of the lease - 0 percent;

- in the third year of the lease - 25 percent;

- in the fourth year of the lease - 50 percent;

- in the fifth lease year - 75 percent;

- in the sixth and subsequent years of lease - 100 percent of the amount of the lease payment established based on the results of the assessment of the market value of the property lease

Every entrepreneur is important to us, regardless of the size of his business. This was announced today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov during an online meeting with public representatives of the business ombudsman of the Republic of Tatarstan in cities and regions of the republic.

Recall that the institute of public representatives of the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights was established in Tatarstan. They will interact with territorial control and supervision bodies, state authorities and local self-government on issues of ensuring and protecting the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs.

In Tatarstan, federal measures are in place to support entrepreneurs working in the areas most affected by the pandemic. One of them is interest-free lending. The interest on the loan will be covered from the federal budget.

The Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will provide financial assistance to small and medium enterprises in the form of a microloan at 1%. The loan is available for small and medium etnerprises from industries that were not previously covered by federal and republican measures and were not included in the list of the most affected sectors. Support will be provided, first of all, to entrepreneurs engaged in the real sector of the economy and will begin to be implemented from April 27.

The special section “Smart.Anticrisis” has been created by the Strategic Initiatives Agency (SIA) to collect relevant Russian and foreign anti-crisis practices and solutions, conduct surveys of entrepreneurs and experts, and also to demonstrate the “business well-being card” online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The section contains local support tools, solutions to problems and summary information about the state of business in the country. In a separate tab, business support measures implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan are presented.

 The base will be regularly replenished, including through the practices of the finalists of the All-Russian SIA contest Smart.Evolution. Regional teams themselves can submit solutions to the platform with a description of the support measures provided for different segments of the population or supplement the practices already posted on Smartek.
