Federal law makes amendments to the legislation of the Russian Federation aimed at increasing the efficiency of carrying out complex cadastral works.
In particular, the order of actions of the contractor of the complex cadastral works in case of identifying real estate objects, information about which is not available in the Unified State Register of Real Estate, specifies the specifics of carrying out complex cadastral works for certain types of real estate objects and establishes the procedure for submitting documents to the contractor of complex cadastral works by interested parties.
Also, state bodies and local governments that are customers of complex cadastral works are entitled to receive free of charge documentation previously stored in bodies and organizations of state technical accounting and (or) technical inventory.
To bring the federal laws "On cadastral activities" and "On state registration of real estate" in accordance with the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation, the possibility of carrying out complex cadastral works without an approved draft of land surveying is provided for.

The participants of the event discussed the information on the execution of the construction plan of TANECO JSC and the further implementation of the project. In 2018, the Complex launched kerosene hydrotreatment and diesel hydrotreating units. Also, a naphtha hydrotreating unit, a light naphtha isomerization unit, and a catalytic reforming unit were commissioned. The launch of the above installations allowed to start their own production of Euro 5 gasoline and to increase from 42 to 64 percent the share of highly liquid hydrotreated products in the total production. TANECO JSC maintains its leading position in primary capacity utilization (115%) and refining depth (99.05%)
At the Board of Directors of PJSC TATNEFT, a flask with straight-run gasoline from the ELOU-AVT-6 installation was demonstrated, at which comprehensive testing began.
Among the main tasks of 2019 is to ensure the processing of raw materials in accordance with the approved plans. For June of this year, it is planned to launch an ELOU-AVT-6 unit with a vacuum pumping unit for the residue of visbreaking for complex testing, for July - a sulfolane unit as part of an aromatics complex. In December, it is planned to commission the installation of hydrotreating heavy gas oil coking. Planned for 2019 events will increase the design capacity of the Oil Refining and Petrochemical Plants Complex for oil to 14 million tons / year.
The development plan for the TANECO project is calculated until 2026 and provides for the commissioning of installations to increase the volume of oil refining and the range of products produced.
As part of the agenda of the meeting, the composition of the committees of the Board of Directors of PJSC TATNEFT was approved - on audit; on personnel and rewards; on corporate governance.
The Board of Directors also reviewed a number of other issues of the Company's activities.
