As of April 30, 2019, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 156.4 million rubles. The task before the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of April 30, 2019 was fulfilled by 26.7 percent.

part of the net profit of state unitary enterprises - 14.5 million rubles. - the plan was fulfilled by 51.4 percent.
On May 14, 2019, with the support of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan and the University of Management "TISBI", PJSC "SBERBANK" a seminar-meeting of the republic's appraisers with the head of Sberbank's electronic appraisal department Oleg Chernyavsky (Moscow) was organized and conducted. Natalia Doronina, Director of the Institute of Continuing Education of the TISBI University, opened the seminar with a presentation by the participants.

As part of the implementation of the subprogramme "Providing residential premises for orphans and children left without parental care, persons from among orphans and children left without parental care, in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2021", approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 04/30/2014 No. 289, May 7, 2019 The Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan with the non-profit organization State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan signed a state contract for the right to acquire priority 65 residential premises in Naberezhnye Chelny, Agryzsky, Laishevsky, Nizhnekamsk and Chistopolsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for subsequent provision to orphans.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan exercises control over the conduct of annual general meetings of shareholders in joint-stock companies whose shares are in state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan and (or) in respect of which a decision has been taken to use a special right (“golden share”). This work is carried out in order to ensure election of representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan to the boards of directors and audit commissions of these companies, as well as to ensure the payment of dividends for the state-owned blocks of shares in 2018.
During the period from March to April 2019, annual general meetings of shareholders were held at JSC Zainskoye Grain Reception Enterprise, PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim, JSC TRN Noviy Vek, JSC Center for the Development of Land Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC Mobile State Communications and GPE Elita JSC. Dividends to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan are listed by two joint-stock companies: JSC Mobile State Communications, JSC GPP Elita for a total of 1.55 million rubles.
By the end of this month, annual general meetings of shareholders of the following companies are planned: JSC Nizhnekamskresources, JSC Kazan Production Association of Computing Systems, JSC Almetyevsk - Vodokanal, JSC Tatneftekhiminvest-Holding.
On May 9, 2019, the traditional social-patriotic action "Immortal Regiment" was held in Kazan. Employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and subordinate institutions took an active part in the all-Russian movement.
Each carried photographs of his loved ones — those who died in the battles, went missing and those who worked in the rear, giving the front the opportunity to survive and win.
By participating in the march "Immortal Regiment", we pay them tribute to memory, respect and appreciation.
In Kazan, the Immortal Regiment gathered more than 169 thousand participants.

On May 9, 2019, Minister Azat Khamaev personally took part in the commemoration of the 74th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 in the Menzelinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Where he participated in the solemn ceremony of laying wreaths at the Glory Memorial and at the monument to the Hero of the Soviet Union M. Jalil, spoke to veterans, participants in the solemn event and voiced the holiday address of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. The festive event included a procession of the traditional patriotic action “Immortal Regiment” and a theatrical performance, songs from the Great Patriotic War sounded, a competition for the drill of secondary schools and special educational institutions was held. For veterans of the Great Patriotic War and labor, a festive dinner was organized.

As of April 25, 2019, according to the applications received from large families to receive land, decisions were made to include 50 984 applicants in the lists, including 12 290 in Kazan, and 6 706 applicants in Naberezhnye Chelny.
In total in the Republic of Tatarstan, taking into account the city of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny, 38,550 land plots have been cadastral registered. In Kazan, 7 234 land plots have been put on cadastral registration, in Naberezhnye Chelny - 2 622 land plots.
In total, in municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, the city of Kazan and the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, families with three or more children were given a common shared ownership of 33,233 land plots.
In the period from May 3 to May 5 The Kazan Marathon - 2019 international athletics competitions started in the city of Kazan, the concept of which is based on the example of the largest international competitions. The following races were organized as part of the competition: the TIMERBABY sliders race, the TIMERKIDS children's race, 3 km, 10 km, 21.1 km and 42.2 km. A total of approximately 30,000 athletes and jogging enthusiasts from around the world have reached the start of the event.
On May 5, 2019, employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the Kazan Marathon - 2019 competition in the 3 kilometer race.
Each participant received a starter pack with gifts from partners and a unique medal at the finish.
The event is aimed at promoting sport and a healthy lifestyle among the population of the republic.
