On April 30, 2019, a meeting chaired by First Deputy Minister A.I. Galiev with the participation of representatives of the Executive Committees of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on the design of ownerless gas supply facilities by municipalities was held in the form of a videoconference.

To date, 2609 of 2744 gas supply facilities have been registered as ownerless. At 1317 gas supply facilities, according to a court decision, the right of municipal property has already been recognized, and orders of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan have been adopted for 477 objects.

As a result of the meeting, a decision was made on the need to speed up the conduct of municipalities for registering objects as ownerless, registering the right of municipal property, and also sending a corresponding set of documents to the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan to take ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In April of this year on the territory of the Kamsko-Ustyinsky municipal district, an on-site reception of citizens on the provision of free legal assistance was organized.

The information and consultation group included specialists from the Office for Work with Citizens' Appeals from the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Republic of Tatarstan and others.

From April 24 to April 26, 2019, a plenary meeting of the XI International Economic Summit "Russia - Islamic World: KazanSummit-2019" was held in Kazan. The event took place at the site of the Kazan Expo exhibition complex.

Mintimer Shaimiev, State Counselor of the Republic of Tatarstan, UNESCO Special Envoy for Intercultural Dialogue, Ramazan Abdulatipov, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Ilyas Umakhanov, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Federation of the Russian Federation, Special Representative of the Russian Foreign Minister for Cooperation with organizations of Muslim states Konstantin Shuvalov, President of the Turkey Union of Chambers and Exchanges Rifat Hisardzhiklyoglu and others took part in the plenary session.

Employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and subordinate institutions took part in planting trees near the village of Dachnoe in the territory of the Vysogorsky district forestry of the State Institution “Prigorodnoye lesnichestvo”.

From April 23 to April 26, 2019, the Russian public-private partnership       (h.a – PPP) week, organized by the National Center for Public-Private Partnership with the participation of relevant federal ministries and supported by the Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives was held in Moscow.

The forum covered issues of attracting extrabudgetary investments in the development of public and industrial infrastructure - construction of roads, railways, modernization of housing and communal services and improvement of the urban environment, development of healthcare infrastructure, education and social services. The congress is the official platform for the presentation of the rating of Russian regions in terms of the development of PPP.

The events were held in the form of conferences, discussions, presentations of ongoing and promising projects.

About 1500 people took part in the Russian week of PPP - representatives of federal and regional authorities, heads and representatives of banks and commercial organizations, financial and legal consultants, Russian and foreign experts. Among the participants were representatives of our ministry I.N.Almukova and I.G.Evchenko.
